@Phoenix Green Gyno doesn't just "happen" at Izzys age. It's a result of drastic hormone changes. It can happen without steroids, but it's usually at a time when hormones are fluctuating naturally i.e. Puberty or old age. 30 year old men don't just happen to get full blown gyno.

Izzy I have the same looking lump under my nip and it’s from a tight pec muscle causing what I think is a gland to swell and it gets fatty/fluid around it. Deep tissue massage in the pec fixes the nip lump. I’d do a live stream of the massage so people can see it go away by the end of the stream and you can shut up the haters and also blow some minds. I use a golf ball resting on a book to do the massage, and lie down on it on my pec face down on the ground. For me it happen due to shoulder girdle instability. Like this comment so it gets to the top and Izzy can see it

Funny thing said Big John McCarthy in his podcast about Jan. He said that Jan before he will call Jon, he should defend his title for a couple times. So I'm asking, how many times Anthony Smith, Thiago Santos or Dominick Rayes defendet titles before they had chance to fight Jon? Izzy I have the same looking lump under my nip and it’s from a tight pec muscle (edit; the tight muscle causes what I think is a gland to swell and fat/fluid builds up around it). Deep tissue massage in the pec fixes the nip lump. I’d do a live stream of the massage so people can see it go away by the end of the stream and you can shut up the haters and also blow some minds. I use a golf ball resting on a book to do the massage, and lie down on it on my pec face down on the ground. For me it happen due to shoulder girdle instability. Like this comment so it gets to the top and Izzy can see it
