Think of it sir,A state Assembly member who had enjoyed his 8 years tenor,was voted into Hoyse of Rep,yet he/she is still collecting retirement benefit plus the current pisition salary. Once he become a Gov the emoluments becomes 3 yet millions of Nigerians are jobless.
