Bernardo Faria is a 5x World Champion. Bernardo started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Juiz de Fora - MG, Brazil at the age of 14 in 2001. After receiving the Black Belt from his first instructor Ricardo Marques in 2008, He moved to Sao Paulo to join BJJ legend Fabio Gurgel and his Alliance team. After many years of training and winning many major titles, Bernardo moved to NYC in 2013 to train and teach at Marcelo Garcia Academy. In 2015 Bernardo achieved his dream of winning the IBJJF World Championship Open class title and his division, doing the double Gold and becoming the 1st in the IBJJF Ranking and also chosen as the best athlete of 2015.

where? can remember seeing it and I already watched tons of Rickson's videos.
I have witnessed Rayron's growth year after year at the Chicago Open since he was a young chubby blue belt. He's become a real beast on the mats and a true gentleman off the mats. One time, I saw him give Master Carlson Jr. a big hug before heading to the bullpen, and I remember thinking, blood is definitely thicker than water. Despite all the BS and internal conflict within the Gracie clan, at the end of the day, they are family.

Yes very smart mentality and strong foundation no physical attribute jujitsu, my favorite type of method in jujitsu, I still do the over under single leg stack pass at 4th degree blk blt. Getting this series asap

Only if you stay on the height of his inner tight. When moving closer to his ankle it becomes nearly impossible to be swept because of the angle 😄

I did this pass and couldn't get it done with the purple belts. I guess my error was the elbow down.
