This is an excel format tool that I have quite often used for conducting Gap Analysis based upon the requirements within the ISO 45001 Standard's Clauses for OHS Management Systems.
The tool contains a number of focused questions on the main clauses in ISO 45001 in order to identify shortfalls and improvement opportunities.
The output of the GAT is in the form of a heat map to provide a helicopter view showing where the gaps are relative to scoring and associated colour codes.
