thanks for the info but can i ask what is the ISO 140001 EMS model standards? and the comparison of it to The ISO 14001 seventeen elements?

Sir, what should i input on the Compliance and document obligation? Do i need to input the documents which we have in our company ?

Your explanation is pretty good and can share valuable insights. However, the way you deliver your message seems running out of time and without a pause. It could be better and crystal clear to deliver it slowly and one at a time.
I do not believe 'Environmental Aspect' and 'Risk/likelihood' have a direct correlation. An EA is a precalculated activity that has a positive or negative impact on the environment. A risk is the probability of something negative will happen during that precalculated activity.
