Really hope he's gonna take part in the "Comedians of the world" Netflix series, which is coming up January 1st, if I remember well. I mean, he'd fit in just perfect as a comic representing Finland or even Nordics as a whole region.

Comedians can be aggressive of badmouthed, even objectively so. But, "controversial" and "offensive" are terms too easily thrown around by those who are overly sensitive and take said offense often in the name of others and thus label the comedian controversial, based purely on their own subjective viewpoint. Even when 99% of their audience laughs, a few will not and they can complain loudly enough about it to make it sounds like there is controversy.

@@Audiojack_ Well, native language means what you're born with: one of your parents speaks it, or someone in your household anyway. So I doubt Ismo had parents speaking 2 different languages - in theory it's possible, but in practice more than 9 times of 10 a person from central Finland (like Ismo) has only Finnish speaking parents. And there are actually more than 2 official languages in Finland, it's 5: but the 3 besides Finnish and Swedish are very local languages of the indigenous Sámi people in the very North of the country.

Visiting LA, Las Vegas and Alamo, the famous TV cook, straight from Hong Kong: Yu-Mei Cook. Receiving her in the airport are her American cousins, Mae Cook and her husband Phil Cook, and their kids Frank, Kurt, Lisa and Lotta. She'll be staying at their house during her visit. As her trademark, she likes to ask her cousins: 'What's cooking, doc?' Usually the picture is this: Mae wants Phil to cook. She's an exceööent and quick cook and Cook - but it's the nails. WHO wants to geopardize them? … she keeps asking her husband. Kids don't want daddy to cook, because he eats too much of the raw material while cooking, and as a result they always get the same macaroni & cheese when he does the cooking. Frank says how he sees it about the food - with no filter, Kurt with a word, or nod. Lisa causes the domestic expenses to rise too high: she leases a pro cook every once in a while, when she slips her phone blocks. And Lotta just cooks and eats if they forget to arrange her other hobbies. But they don't tell that to Yu-Mei. Typically when asked this, they just simmer.

Yes but it's not rare to find a comedian with no talent, but successful only because he turns off the lights friday evening...

Many so called comedians make us believe that there can only be comedy if they insult and degrade a certain group of people or if they use profanity in their acts. So glad that there is something that everyone can find funny.
