Third tyoe of souls are those who aren’t practicing their faith at all, in case of Ismailis, Alwaez is referring to those Ismailis who don’t attend Jamat Khana and aren’t performing their basic religious duties and responsibilities like paying Dasond, Dua etc and top of that they’re also doing wrong deeds. According to the Imam A.S, these type of souls will live in this world in the form of lower life, it means their soul will take rebirth in this world in the form of Animals, Bacteria etc.
