How this small Scottish coastal community has come together and worked tirelessly over the past fifteen years in a programme of social, environmental and economic regeneration. The culmination of their efforts will be seen later this year with the opening of a £1m Big Lottery Funded annexe to the St. Ninian's Village Hall.
