Island Shelling in Georgia | The Golden Isles are so beautiful!

We had a whirlwind 5 days of shelling and touring the barrier islands of Georgia called the Golden Isles. I wished I had way more time here to shell, but I will be back! If you've never been to the Golden Isles, you should put it on your bucket list!

I spent many summer vacations here as a kid. Cumberland was a magical place. Thanks for sharing!

Hello from SC. So good to see you traveling again. I have been to every beach from Georgia up the coast to NC and I never find shells. I always go to Edisto Island state park. Always bring back bags of shells. You should stop on your way up. Visit Botany Bay too. You just can't take any shells there but it's loaded with huge whelk like the knobbed whelk you found. Enjoyed this video. Beautiful horses and cute little bunnies. Gorgeous scenery. Thanks for taking us along!

Cool place! Loved the bunnies! They looked domestic but you said they were running around the campground?!😊

Yes, they are domesticated and they have hutches at the campground. But during the day, they run all over the campground. They were so cute and fun! The campground was James Island County Park. 😊
