In short, there are two points discussed in it. 1- They asked what should be the punishment. He said that in past, Allah finished/destroyed their whole clan/area. He said that now only the punishment is allowed. Not killing, but something else. 2- He told that homosexuality exists because Allah wants to test his people. He wants to see if his people will go for their desires or their order to control themselves. If you have more questions regarding the video, you can ask.
