Well, on the matters that are open to discussion, of course the shura have a say. It's either the opinion of the khalifa or the shura. How is different than democracy? At the collapse of the ottomans and establishment of the Turkish parliament, Muslim scholars said that it should be mashrutiyyati mashrua (sharia compliant shura/parliament). Why is it not acceptable? As long as they're discussing little matters that are open to interpretation and have no direct choice from sharia, then it's open to shura and that can be the sharia compliant democracy.

Careful here, as democracy means sovereignty belongs to the people, not to Allah. Sometimes democracy is used in a casual way to say people have a right to voice their opinion on a matter. That is actually not exclusive to democracy nor is it the definition of democracy. It is also in Islam, within bounds of shariah of course. You are correct that Shura is a part of Islam and was sought by Muhammad (saw) in matters where multiple decisions were permissible, not when there was a command or prohibition from Allah.

Elections or consultations doesn't make democracy a democracy, rather the Idea or democracy that Sovereignty (law making) belongs to HUMANS makes democracy a democracy. That's why democracy is against Islam . Elections and consultations are a styles and means of administration of government and that doesn't equate the government system

I don't accept the border argument either. Allah has put borders in the nature all over places. Take the soil, 1cm below it's completely dark, while above it is sunny and bright. Even the differences of laws are mentioned in the Quran in the story of Yusuf (a.s).

I understand your question, however the borders in nature are due to certain rulings Allah swt has imposed on his creation. Hence it is scientifically explicabil why the earth changes under certain conditions its colour. On the other hand human beings (NOT Allah swt as in your exampels) have imposed certain borders on humanity although Allah swt has created every human being in a similar way (survival instinct etc.). Therefore on a logical level your argument doesnt make sense let alone the fact that we have to raise clearity in our thinking, meaning we have to consider every aspect of our life from an islamic point of view and as you surely know: Nationalism (in arabic as sabiyyah) is absolutely haram in Islam.

My brothers from Hizbut Tahrir : I am waiting for your response. Your Book - System of Islam, page -16:- Taqiuddin Nabhani said - Aqida must depends on 1. MIND 2. The Quran and Mutwatir Hadith. Now if my mind doesn't understand something in the Quran like The Wall of Yazooz Mazooz or Dabbatul Ardh then What I will do? Reject the Ayat of Quran???? HT members don't believe in anything from death to Qiamat or Resurrection. But Allah says in Sura Gaffir Ayat -46, that Feraoon"s people are being shown Jahannam every day. So if you don't believe it in the name of Ahaad Hadith - are you actually denying the ayat of the Quran??? Do you know it? Do you have clear understanding about it??? Last : can you give me any reference /Book about what Your Leader Taqiuddin Nabhani did against Israel?? In 1948 Naqba, all were fighting but he was working as judge, right??? I have respect for you as you say you working for Islam. So, I expect as Muslim you will clarify all 3 questions I have asked. And Don't lie. It's a big problem with you -hiding and telling lies about Aqida. Thank you and I am waiting. @all @Abu Bakar Zakaria
