From someone who has OCD, I have come a long way from it. I don't think it's completely from Shitaan , however shaitaan may play a part to it. OCD thoughts just need to be ignored completely do something once and then leave it (practice mindfulness). Be okay with feeling the anxiety, sit with that feeling, it's a doubting disorder. With OCD for me almost all aspect of my life I cannot feel satisfied , but I have trained myself to be okay with. So just to summarise DON'T NOT ENGAGE WITH YOUR OCD THOUGHTS AT ALL, DO NOT TALK TO SHAITAN DO SOMETHING ONCE AFTER THAT IGNORE IT, DO YOUR RESEARCH ON OCD AND DO NOT LOOK FOR REASSURANCE , YOU WILL BE STUCK IN A CONSTANT LOOP. what the syed said is beneficial , however engaging with Shaitan can make it a lot worse, ask Allah for sabr and strength but I promise just ignore it and speak to an OCD specialist , not just any regular therapist as its very hard for people to completely understand , this isn't their fault. I hope this comment helped someone.

Thank you loads for your comment. As much as I respect the sheikh, your experience of never feeling completely satisfied with every aspect of your life, spoke to my own experience with OCD much more. I agree its important to not even give these thoughts consideration.

(OCD in purity) as Sayed mentioned/meant one has worshipped Shaitan(unintentionally) so does one need to re-enter Islam by reciting Kalma and performing Ghusl or not? *This may sound like OCD but please address this concern/doubt*

If Ammar ibn Yasir was forgiven for pretending to be a polytheist upon pain of torture, why would a Muslim (who didn’t know any better) be punished for following Satan unintentionally? Satan’s whispers are a form of spiritual torture, and unending *Edit:* The Sayed even mentioned that the reason Satan resorts to these underhanded tactics is because he knows he cannot discourage you from piety directly. So I would say that’s very good news for your spirituality :) And finally, Allah is the Most Merciful in this universe. If you are sincere about your return to disavowing Satan moving forward, He Himself promises not only “If you take one step towards me, I will take ten towards you”, but also “Tell my servants to never despair in the hopes of my Mercy”. Rejoice ☺️

Being a muslim means you believe in ALLAH, swt, believe in prophet Muhammad sawww and believe in the day of judgement. So here he does not actually mean it. You are still a muslim even if you commit these kind of sins. So I don't think that you become a disbeliever like that rather worshipping satan means following his instructions. But that is done even by a momin (when they sin). So I hope I'm able to clear your doubt :)

Sheikh for me islam is too much complicated and complex…I have 2 versions of Islam 1) the islam from Quran and hadees and life of imams where it is written allah wants ease for muslims and 2) the islam from marjah where in there books like minhaj us salien tauzi ul masail where so much strict rules and regulations regarding taharah are given as fatwa that otherwise we are najis for example if we use toilet or gusal with qalel water the drops make us najis …..for example i sneeze and little bit blood came and if i try to clean it with a cloth its still najis and when i try to clean it with water then my clothes and other parts of body where the drops went becomes najis so ultimately then i have to have a bath …then like these there are certain rules like wash crockery 3 times otherwise najis now you tell me who follows these rules strictly?? I am of 21 yrs old and my age fellows dont and how do i stay with them …islam especially shia islam has been portrayed so hard with strict rules of tahara and najasa that it’s impossible to remain pure…i dont understand why is this because then how islam spread among non muslims when our marja considers non muslims impure …how they stayed with them and spread islam …why would any non muslim want to be shia if these are the rules….for example an 18 years age of a poor hindu boy in India becomes shia muslim then how can he stay in the same house eat in house plates , wear clothes washed by her mother and stay pure because in shia islam they are najis and ultimately he cant pray because prayer is invalid if you are najis🙄…..I dont understand why ibadah has been made so hard near impossible. I think we dont have real islam or all rules only imam mehdi will come and teach us till that time I have to suffer.
