My grandmother traveled for 4 months by boat to visit mecca. Then was part of the first group travel by plane. Many pilgrims say once you are there you don't want to leave.

Akhi I went there for the first time last year. Its still in our hearts. Me and my family dont spend a day without discussing our amazing pilgrimage. Ma sha Allah you are lucky. May Allay SWT give you barakah. May you be in the best state of your eeman when you die.
what year did the expansion started? cause it hard to tell since their where no tall minaret build by king fasial during 1950s expansion as this video show.

The 50's was when king Saud ruled. King Faisal followed in the 60's and early 70's I think the expansions started around those times, but then there was a big one in the 90's and the most recent one now . Hope to have answerd your question

the good news is, we can do du'a and begging Allah give chance for us to get there and kiss the hajar aswad. InsyaAllah, Allah will make it very easy for us. trust me i have tried once. but make your intention be straight to Allah. think about Allah, no power but Allah's power.. lahawlaa walaquwwatailaa billah😊

This is a form of worship that is not considered wrong. Heads of state are not going there to worship, they are going there to make a show of strength. Lies! Kissing of the black stone is just an ordinary ritual not the main ritual as it has been portrayed in this video. Pilgrims gather in this mosque as the God has chosen this sacred place his house on earth and commanded the believers to perform haj once in their lifetime. They don't worship to the stone or the black box. They worship to one true God who is the Lord and Creator of Heavens and the Earth, The All Knowing, All Wise.

@@applegreen4118its a commandment. God tells us to do X, we do it, not because it benefits him or hurts him if we dont but because we obey him. If God is omnipotent which he is, then he can do whatever he wants regarding what we should do to worship him.
