First of all: That was a manly talking. This is how real man talks. No bs, all about real deal, real struggle, real business and friendship. Second, I love how honest and relaxed Islam is. He doesn't complain. It's a vital mental setup of Dagestani Muslim fighters. They don't go by the people's expectations. They live their own lives. That is their inner peace. They are always happy with any outcomes. This is the key to lead a happy life. Third, I love the friendship and AKA bond between Josh and Islam or Khabib. Josh has a real love and compassion for his friends from totally different part of the world. Fourth, when a Muslim fighter from Eastern part tell you, "You are old, brother.", They doesn't mean to insult you, they mean you are respected. Either you are 10 years older or 1 hour older, You are old. And youngers must respect you and serv you. So Josh! Be happy!

The thing that shocked me that Makhachev won while still being dehydrated and not fully recovered. I mean he was still able to knock alex , so just imagine if he would be normal and have recovered properly, with all of his power......man it would have been a huge difference In the fight. He also wouldn't have got tired in the 5th round... But even with all if the issues he won 4-1 , that tells a lot 💯

Great interview and conversation. Enjoy when Islam is comfortable in his interviews because his humor shines. You can tell that although he messes with Josh that he really respects him. _Islam is right, they had long and hard path to the title. Unlike some guys who has Dana's privileges. Even jon jones who hasn't fight for years gets a title shot in instant. Remember Khabib, he had to fght many guys to get to the title after he got sidelined for two years._

islam is so likeable and humble how can you not like this guy? I only wish one thing that he improves his ground and pound, that would be so cool if he destroys the opponents like khabib on the ground with punches otherwise he is actually the perfect mma fighter. wish you and your family only the best islam.
