It's cool how the dinosaurs are living after the island was evacuated after the storm that also happened on Isla Nublar, it seems that the Ceratosaurus is not the only one on the island

Honestly I'm not entirely sure (thy here) what Bob's plan was for these. That's just the audio of an incident that happened shortly before Masrani abandoned Isla Sorna during the Project Regenesis period. If we can recover the video we will release it... (Head canon btw)

The main idea behind the Trail Camera project was to show the different phases of Isla Sorna's history. In 1995-1996 when most of the species were still alive, or falling back into extinction. In 1997-1998 which is meant to mirror the concept of The Lost World, by this point most species had disappeared leaving only the most successful animals. In 1999-2000 when InGen returned to the Island and started introducing new species, or reintroducing older species. In 2001-2002 which is nearing the end of Sorna's history, during the post project regenesis era where new species were still finding their place in the food chain, and at the dawn of an island wide ecological collapse. Not all of the original species survived, in the end only a few adjusted to the new world, and these became dominant. The audio at the end was made with Project Regenesis in mind, but I think it fits much better in 2004, when Masrani Global is moving the dinosaurs from Isla Sorna to Isla Nublar
