I don't think it is copied. Ahmad Jahanzaib often uses variation of these notes andis an amazing Pakistani singer for over 2 decades.. you can find these tunes in his older songs as well.

Find the whole movie ‘Rehna hai tere dil mein’ and go to around exactly 1hr 26min mark and you’ll find the tune that’s used here. Only difference is that in the movie it’s bit faster.

I just listened "Sach Keh Raha Hai Divana" and I am 100% sure that nothing is copied. That's totally a different interlude. It has the similar element but totally a different symphony. Somehow it resembles with "Tere Hawale Kar Diya"

The song definitely has 90s bollywood vibes but the music isn't much copied even if it is is quite negligible we can just praise them for evn trying to make songs hit without any strong music labels the lyrics are amazing and composition is also humare wale to sidha lyrics hi utha lete hai tere bin ost os copied i understand but this one is not

brothers as i am listening you guys for long , but allow me to mention that Ahmed jahanzaib singing from his child hood when he ws 8 , he gives best composition and songs in early 2000 , his first album release in 2003 , suggesting you to listen his songs you will get to know what he is ........
