You people Should mention the price - so that people will understand whether it is in our budget or not or close/near to the budget, then they will try to communicate/contact with you. And when we feels that it is too much out of this budget, we will not watch the video and if he understands the budget, we will watch it himself and then we will send the video to our family, , friends circle and we will send it to our elders to take opinion. To get property or time, one has to take all the options. But you guys don't write the price, that's not a big mistake, it's a blunder !

Most premium banglows with luxurious ammenities , one could not believe he's in area like kolat , must visit once just to see the marvelous architecture by hiren patel , a well known architect in Gujarat and famous for its peace living design, the banglows justify its locations and amenities to live a life without stress in the lap of nature .

There should be a fence in the backyard. It’s fine if it’s not in the front of the house. Overall very nice house, extremely western style. We have a house so I can tell this is solid.

Definitely even on a plot we should &make a high raised compound wall on all sides first for security reasons ,privacy &most important how can u measure of define any property to buy or sell how much is its carpet & built up & super built or 100%actual usable area without it its illegal to buy or sell any property even govt aided gardens & parks should &have mandatory compound walls or anyone can encroach or claim his/her rite on it rite friends who all agree to this supreme Court law property act

Excellent project 🎉👍 Thank you for the video team to do this informational video. I a would like to give’s you a small suggestion hope it’s works for you. This developer is explaining this great project to the reporter. It’s not prominent for the actual buyers. Developer must needs to be facing camera and let him explain by front facing. You can add more questions after he finishes his explanation. I believe it’s more productive. Try this in your videos.

Please make sure everyone wears shoe cover next time you and the buyer. 1) The steps inside the home doesn't look elegant. It should have been designed better. 2) Exterior paint color of the home is not good. 3) Give the option of bathroom. 4) Entryway should have an option to keep things. 5) Some kind of fence/security camera is needed. 6)Is there a gymnasium with proper hygiene?

Generous space and good decor but watering lawns will be a challenge. Security will be a concern. People can jump over the wall and attack. With so many crimes, safety is the biggest requirement.
