Decide krna to theek hai, bnna bhi achhi baat hai , mehatv tab hoga jab ek post me aaya insaan *puri imandari* ke sath vo kre jiske liye vo is post me select hua hai. Akasar Anubhav kiya hai jitna passionate batein pariksha se pehle aur result aane k baad hum kehte aur karte hain service me aa jane k baad ye batein hawa hawayi ho jati hain... Ofc ofc khelte hain maximum, political links/reasons se maximum log prabhavit hain aur isi k basis par highest position me aage pahuchte hain, puri imandari vale officers stress, transfers ka samna karte hain. Ultimately ye bhi bas ek job hai, but jo initially koi honest young mind yaha aata hai vo lambe time tak ise kayam nahi rakh pata hai.
