I don't understand how anyone can be that good. This is more impressive to me than any shredder

Will Hoste I think he’s the most underrated guy out there honestly. I wonder how John Mayer feels being the second best guitarist in his band haha!

I totally feel the same way. Anybody can learn to go fast and do a bunch of shit. But really takes skill to make the notes stand out and drone for a little bit without sounding sloppy. A lot of that, to me, is because very few guitarists who shred try to stay in that jazz guitar realm. That's how you get tone and play like this dude.

Yeah like even Steve Vai has not even close to the dynamics of this guy. Guitarists who play with lots of distortion usually have little to no dynamic. Im really starting to lose interest in rock music. Soul music is where the real talent is at.

Till It's Done is one of my favorite songs of the last decade. A pure vibe...And Mr. Sharkey's guitar contribution on that song really gives it that ethereal feel. This clip is pure gold.

You realize it's not your typical guitar player when he knows what the keyboard plays ... and on top of that, he is talking about DYNAMICS! Whoa! Next level stuff. I really enjoyed his class on Pickup Music (however, as expected, not easy for me - being a self-taught hack)!
