Isaan Farmers Market in Udon Thani, the Nort-East of Thailand.
Isaan is a wonderful part of Thailand to visit if you become tired of Khao San Road, one temple after another, or lounging on a beach. Isaan, known as Thailand's 'rice-bowl is a very agricultural region with a slightly different, more laid-back culture, wonderful, warm people, and even has its own language and cuisine. The relative isolation and underdevelopment of the area mean that Isaan is a good place to get off the beaten track and discover Thailand's agricultural roots and natural scenery. Not to mention that the people of Isaan are warm, friendly and always like to meet a foreigner!

People are speaking Isaan (pasa Lao) Been living there for 10 years still have some Filipino friends there.Missed those ant eggs and green leafy veges (phak wan) Thanks so much for this vlog keep safe always! My friend, Udon Thani is also famous for being the most important American base that existed during the Vietnam War, a must-see destination in northern Thai. Wonderful Market.💖Although by bus it is 11 hrs and by plane it is 1:30 hrs.

Where in Udon is this market? I've been to Udon 4 times have never been to this one. I would like to take my husband once all this restrictions is lifted and no quarantine. I have families in Phen, Udon Thani.
