Kelly, I so agree that this is a blessing in disguise. Supposedly, Isaac and Jaylena believe everything happens for a reason, yet for some reason, they don't see it in this case. They have been spared from losing money by putting money into buildings without permits. What a blessing. Your scripture from Proverbs is so fitting. It reminds me of the lesson taught in Esther. The person who did this will receive their karma.

I agree the land is going to look better when cleared of the buildings . His taxes should go down , he had to many building he didn't have room to actually build a nice tall garage / shop , now he will . The garage now is fine as a studio ! build one he can fit the van and truck and room to actually build a bus if he wants . He might sell just so no one knows where they live this time .

Issac had never brought a house before he said he was a native about houses. He is still working to get the part of garage permited because it has an open permit and needs a engineer to write a report to complete & close the permit. The person who is reporting Issac is a female who claims she hates him, but she acts like she loves him and wants jaylena away from Issac. Issac bought this property on his own, jaylena only pays rent and they are a family to their daughter EMBER . They help each other with projects and raising their daughter.😊

with the emails he has received this is a very mentally unstable person. No way in all heck he is keeping that property. And to the person that is doing this to Isaac it will come back around to you 10 fold.. BELIEVE THAT! please seek the proper help before someone gets hurt.

I think he should keep his next location private. When I made this video, I was speaking from a real estate investment standpoint not a personal safety one. I don’t think I heard/seen the video about mean emails.😮.

@@kellyready3773 if you have watched Isaac's videos he has stated the next location will be kept private. As for the hateful emails Jaylena has done a video on it. This isn't a once and done type of thing. It continues to go on. Hopefully Isaac can find the person who is doing this.. They really need to seek medical help. This person is suffering with some serious mental problems..

PS... Even if he changed his location, a person's location can be found. There is very little privacy in this day and age.

Seriously, folks? This is basically an opinion channel. I might not always agree with her opinion, but I've viewed enough to know she does not have an ounce of vindictiveness in her shares.

This is my guess... the hateful email and report to cps was from a deranged youtuber. I think the report about the permit was separate and from someone who they personally know and for whatever reason became disgruntled with Isaac. If I were Isaac, I would evaluate the people in his life who may no longer be in his life or have had issues with him. And they might all be related to the same deranged, disgruntled person.

NOT RED FLAG for unfinished projects, there are things in life I HAD a stroke, the man they bought that from was 90 years old. Undoubtedly you know nothing about growing old. You should really do better research before putting someone else’s life online. Also on property being on market long time , I don’t care what you say or how many properties you have bought. our property has NOTHING wrong except I had a stroke and couldn’t finish remodelling. It is now with a second realtor. Has 1/2 acre and completely furnished for 79,000. Again been inspected by several people. You are Wrong in this market long time listing is normal.

Yes, a property might be too long on the market for many reasons. For instance, some people value their property too high. Also, some buyers might not see a diamond in the rough. I agree, the previous owner was elderly and accumulated so much over the years that with age, it all just became too overwhelming for him to manage. Also, I'm guessing the value of the property was not based on the out buildings without permits.
