I don't think this is made up, maybe exaggerated but Nikola Tesla was the same way because they both were celibate, which means they held more energy in their bodies, I practice celibacy as well and I only need 5 and a half to 6 hours of sleep a night when I used to need 8.

No. Newton slept so little because he was literally addicted to the sciences he studied. He was constantly on the lookout for new things, errors in his discoveries, etc. The Bubonic Plague lockdown at the time didn't help it either, and made it even worse for him. He enjoyed it though

Now we students can't asleep at night because of him😢
@Natasha_Dedha
There is very thin line between being genius or being insane.
@katloverchad697
He was a polyphasic sleeper, so he didn’t “sleep two hours a night,” he spread out little naps throughout the day. Your body can become very efficient with the little sleep it gets, if disciplined properly.
@mist-sl6sp
He didn't sleep and he is not letting us sleep too
@WyndhamCrest
I truly believe it's the quality, not the quantity of sleep that's more important.
