अनुच्छेद 25 के अंतर्गत :
भारतीय संविधान के अंतर्गत अनुच्छेद 25 (Article 25) के अनुसार भारत के हर नागरिक को अन्तः करण की स्वंतन्त्रता है। अन्तः करण की स्वंतन्त्रता का अर्थ है कि व्यक्ति हो अपने अंदरूनी यानि कि अपने अन्तः मन से ईश्वर के किसी भी रूप को और अपनी स्वयं की इच्छा से किसी भी धर्म को भारत देश में रहते हुए मानने की स्वतंत्रता है। इसके साथ ही साथ वह व्यक्ति किसी भी धर्म के अनुसार आचरण कर सकता है और किसी भी धर्म का खुले रूप में प्रचार व् प्रसार कर सकता है।
