The sadness and grief is very overwhelming and you don’t have control over it. I just think to myself why would the universe give me this person only for them to disappear. I don’t know how anyone else could feel more right and I’ve experienced a lot of connections in my life. The love always remains somehow.

When you posted this the other day I was feeling such pain from our separation and then this video came out. This was like the divine sending this to me because my twin she works for a fire department and it was like meant for the pain I have been dealing with. Thank you so much it was a gift to help me get through this pain. Felt like just giving up on my tf but this saved me .

Thank you Yvonne. I did find some of this twin flame stuff odd. While it might be nice to have someone "made just for me". I figure that that's a two way street. Otherwise it can lead some unhealthy ideas about the relationship. Neediness, controlling and narcissism even. I feel that the irony of this TF journey is to honour and respect the individuality of both self and other. I am currently in separation, but I feel the anxiousness of will we be together or not receding. Almost to a point of, what is, is and what will be, will be. This near indifference, on my part has caused me to question whether it is a TF relationship or just an amazing infatuation. I have very wam loving feelings, for the person and if she contacted me I'd be delighted, but I don't feel so driven by the whole thing. I have my own life to get on with, and she must be equally free to live hers as she chooses.

The knowing of the pain coming was 4 years ago but the official painful moment happened and began 22 months ago. It was more excruciating at the beginning of that time than now, however it’s still there. I have connected more with my spirituality, learned (still learning) coping skills and of who I am since then. Slowly. No choice. But the pain is still there and he is constantly on my mind. I do have beautiful grateful moments with the universe and myself daily as well.

Thank you for this video...it helps me sometimes, the comments below this vid too.... Normaly I´m not into this "spiritual" thing but 2 years ago I met my TF and I knew we were something special from the very first moment....we both knew...... We broke up 2 month ago but we had sometimes fights long before that date He couldn´t stand my strenght and I couldn´t handle his weakness sometimes...... Since our break up it doesn´t feel like I´m living anymore.....there is not one single day that I lay crying in my bed, before work, after work, sometimes in my car on my way to work (jeah there´s nothing else I get up for) .....in the first three days I stopped eating completely (I have never done that before, I´m one of the...."curvy" ladys, I always loved food), couldn´t sleep etc..... There is not one seconds he´s not on my mind, no second without this pain I never felt before, like....someone took the half of me and it feels like that it was the side with feelings.... It doesn´t feel like living anymore and there are a lot of evenings where I sit at home and think about ending all this....the only reason I haven´t done it yet is that I´m scared of the pain till I´m.....you know.....my only hope is that I finaly can´t stand the current pain and that I´ll be finaly able to end all this.....(I´m sorry for my english, its not my native language).... But I´m happy that he´s fine and I hope he´ll find the life and the women he needs/ wants........

You too? I feel exactly the same way after YEARS knowing him. Two I even used to feel a connection with my soulmate but this cut off from humanity is soul destroying. Let me know if anything changes or if it is still the same. It's so eerie I feel NOTHING. I don't know if it will provide much comfort but watch my rambling videos if you like.
