I hope to see him giving us a lecture in summer from under a tree. That would bring back memories to many of us.

Jazakallahu Khairan for the great video! Question: If we are in such a state where our food or income may be unlawful, will Allah accept a dua where we are asking him to change our situation and grant us lawful food/income?

Assalamualaikum, can you clear my doubts? I'm a freelance transcriber. I work mainly for NGOs and Sometimes I need to transcribe audios of people who are atheist, or gay or lesbian or prostitute. Is that haram? I transcribe what they say from local language to English.

@@okb2234 i left selling legal cannabis 2 years ago and my life is much worse because of it. I cant pay my student loans and cant find a job that doesn't pay minimum wage. Inshallah there will be something good in the next life because I feel like blindly trying to be moral was the biggest mistake ive made in this life. As for the convenience store owners, they are good people providing for their families. I see some that employ the homeless for odd jobs and give jobs to Muslims that can't find employment elsewhere. We all pay taxes that go to destabilizing the Muslim world abroad. The way I see it the successful doctor or engineer paying taxes on high income and high dollar car and house purchases is doing more tangible damage than a struggling store owner. That's just my opinion and I guess we will all see on the day of judgment, we all fall short of the glory, hopefully we will all be afforded mercy on that day.
