To prepare it you will need:
white fish fillet 1 kg.
for batter:
2 eggs,
flour - 4 tablespoons for batter, 1 spoon for fish.
milk - 100 ml (half a glass),
salt, pepper, spices to taste.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying.
dip the fish pieces into the batter and fry in a frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side over medium heat, do not cover with a lid!.
