Welcome to the fifth and final part in this series of videos exploring the question of whether virtue is knowledge. In the first part we introduced the series and discussed the ideas that would be presented. In the second, we looked at how to define virtue. In the third and fourth part we looked at reasons why virtue could be considered knowledge, and why it could not be considered knowledge. In this final part we wrap up everything and try to decide whether or not virtue can be considered knowledge.

This has been a fascinating series. I sometimes wish I'd done philosophy (I did an Open College course, but it was pretty basic and was more of an intro really) as there is some crossover with my own field (linguistics), but I don't think I have the right type of brain to get into it properly. But it's been nice to listen to this series. Well done, sir.

Cheers mate, I really appreciate that! Glad the series was enjoyable. And I definitely think you have the right type of brain to get into philosophy properly. I always enjoy discussing it with you, and you give some great insights. If it helps any, I thought the same thing about myself when I started studying, and I did ok and really enjoyed it.
