Just to note, that list with the top fire attackers hasn't been updated to include shadow Darmanitan or shadow Chandelure which both do more DPS than Reshiram. But the issue with this game is that the meta is so limited. That's why so many Pokemon are "useless" and why people are not excited about playing events.

I love how the shadow versions have pretty much cannibalized their own game. For example, I have a hundo Darumaka that I got from doing the research tasks. Normally, I would have maxed it out without question. But the shadow version is out. It doesn't make sense for me to max it out the regular version.

@@HotShiznit Yeah I agree. I love shadow Pokemon because it gives F2P players that can't do hundreds of legendary raids a chance to get power shadow Pokemon that are relatively cheaper to upgrade. But at the same time, it makes so many regular Pokemon irrelevant. I just wish that Pokemon Go would find a way to expand the meta so more Pokemon can be used in this game.

2x exp and stardust on a C-day was a move i didn't see a mile away, damn... Also powering up shadow here with blast burn isnt worth it due to the future release of shadow reshiram and also slightly better options right now

It’s definitely no top tier pokemon in battle league but it serves as a an excellent “spice pick”. Since it’s not in the meta, most people aren’t really planning for it which can catch some people by surprise, and it has some solid answers to top meta picks now that it has thunder punch. Plus it’ll be useful in some special cups as well. Overall still worth building one for great and one for ultra league.

I run a Pelipper in Great League and Typhlosion is a nightmare matchup because I have to use shields against it for thunder punch.

Got a #1 Shiny Typhlosion for Ultra League (0/13/15). Should be a decent anti-meta option on the right team.

I shall rate this entire game events first part of the year 2024 except global Sinnoh tour is 2nd worst of the entire Pokemon Go after Season of rising heroes (price) with increase remote raid passes. Reason, because no new wild spawn except Wiglett but Wiglett was rare wild spawn and they only spawning in seaside beaches. Wiglett can be considered REGIONAL EXCLUSIVE POKEMON BECAUSE A COUNTRY HAD NO SEASIDE BEACHES NO WILD WIGGETT AT ALL!!!
