I just don't get why people on this show keep jumping into relationships/ situationships, so soon after a breakup. Well, that's been the 'plot' for seasons now, I suppose. All of them are terrified of being alone, because they mistake it for loneliness. I just want to shake Tristan and say : 'You JUST got out of a relationship. Take the time to grieve it, take time to yourself . You are motivated by loneliness, hurt / betrayal that your ex has seemingly moved on so quickly. Don't confuse lust and the quest for intimacy / closeness for the need to jump into a romantic relationship, especially one that could complicate your close friendship with Liv... ' .

I think the cast members have figured out that they need to be in a relationship to get any airtime. As all the single people (bar Liv) end up acting as supporting cast members.

@@siennamay3281 I figured as much as well.. That's probably one of the reasons why the guy Sophie was set up with, is now pursuing Liv. Sweet, sweet airtime. It's hilariously predictable, yet disappointing to watch people around my age being so 'afraid to be single / alone' though.

I really liked Digby, but looking back I think he was too soft for Liv, I think Tristan is more direct and it’s good that they are friends first... things could take off between them more naturally!

Digby held Liv accountable, similar to how Tristan held Verity accountable about having respect in a relationship/ common courtesy. Both Liv and Verity cried and played the victim when confronted. On top of that Liv got coddled by all her friends and Digby was made out to be the big bad mean man. I think this relationship will fail. It is not a popular opinion as everyone thinks Liv will magically change. But Tristan will be in for it, imo.

I can't see Liv being in a traditional relationship anytime soon. She's had opportunities with so many great guys but it never seems to work out. Maybe when she's a couple of years older and she's actually ready to settle down - then things will change.

I don't understand why when she dumped Tristan, Verity thinks she has the right to dictate who he goes forward with, hypocrite comes to mind. Go Olivia, put yourself first. Tristan seems a decent guy, never could see what he saw in Verity. Strange morals in Chelsea, another world.

I don't really watch the show. I used to when it first came out. I don't really know much about this Tristan guy, but going by this video we seem very similar in how we communicate our feelings and directness with women. It's refreshing to see as it seems like most people today are not this genuine when it comes to expressing themselves romantically. Most people are just toxic now and beat around the bush. Hardly anyone is courageous enough to just be vulnerable and honest.

I really like these two for each other. They both deserve an honest partner they can open up to that isn’t going to be so insecure. #InviteMeToTheWedding
