I have 22 RT-l that USB in the glove box does not provided enough juice to charge a phone it's to run the BRP go app . the trans will not let you down shift to rev-match , if the motor will spin more than 5k on a down shift the ECU says sorry no can do and it stays in the higher gear. I ride very aggressively. Top speed is limited to 105 MPH 1st - 4th gear you can run it right to 8200 RPM, 5th and 6th will only turn 5500 RPM Can Am really has put the brakes on this motor the same moto in see-doo has 230 HP. I'm pretty disappointed in this machine and after my trip in July I'll be going back to Harley and buying a new HD Road Glide. Great video.

Thank you for the info! Heck, that is all sad to read except maybe the top speed part 😉. The RG3 from Harley looks promising. Hopefully Can-Am will pay attention.

All he gotta do is get the ecu flas/tune.. it’s fast than a 114ci road glide 😂 and the 117ci. Off the like RG will win, just add a pedal commander and the spyder will when 🤷🏽‍♂️ that simple.. then you gotta spend way to much money for Harley performance upgrades 😂

I rode one years ago and felt it had some good power. Maybe they dumbed them down because people were getting in trouble with them? Also seems like a waste of space on that dash not to have gps and a bit more tech. Kind of disappointing. And the squished bug is the motovlogging equivalent of greasing the lens to soften shots and remove wrinkles!

The manufacturer may have limited these especially since they are demo models. I will have to keep the squished bugs handy for close up shots.

It does have a GPS .floor Boards are floating around to help with blood flow, numbness and keep your legs and hips from preventing Charlie horses this was smart.

I wonder just the difference ..between one tire up front and two in the back or to tyre r up front .one In the back Besides traction...

I remember back when I learned to drive a tow motor that there is a triangle formed from the two wheels innthe rear to the center of the front axle. As long as the center of gravity stays inside that triangle then the vehicle is stable. This setup has a more support to keep the vehicle from tip up and forward when the center of gravity goes outside the triangle in a curve.

Riding both the Spyder and Ryker which one would you consider owning?

I would go with the Spyder. The transmission is more capable on Interstate speeds. The rear lights look more noticeable. The cargo capacity is better even in the Spyder even in F3 version which close in looks to the Ryker. However, for a tight budget then the Ryker.

At 50 thousand, you’d think Harley would have a true reverse, not running off the starter. My 18 spyder has a gps, mb you didn’t get the better model..Great video.
