I got both the mirror and standalone type for $5 each. They were marked $10 clearance butt rang up as $5. The only thing missing in your video would be footage in traffic to see how well it displays license plates.

The reflective material is blue which is wierd and as far as I can tell it doesn't have an internal battery so if you hit a bump and power is interrupted it shuts off. Other than that it's just a cheap cam but it does work. I won't put it back in my truck but it was worth $5 just to entertain myself for a while. It was on clearance for a reason.

Mine burned out after 15 minutes, I'm hoping its just the power cord but its poorly made. 32gb max most of the newer cams do 64 or 128.

I'd like to see a review on this - Losfom WD3 : 4K Body Camera With audio Night Vision Recorder ... Focus on "is it really a 4k?" .. Because alot of them say they are but not even close. I have a feeling about this one that it might be actual 4k

I got the YADA 1080p with 4.3" screen for $29 at Walmart. It is a piece of crap. YADA uses an AVI video format which is way out of date it should be an MP4 format. The video is grainy and not clear at all. Will be returning to Walmart.

How does park and ride work? Since device shuts off 10 secs after car turns off, do we have to manually turn it back on, and then how long will it stay on with the car off?

does it automatically record when you turn on or do you have to hit ok for it to be recording?

I used the Recuva program on my laptop to recover some videos. Just Google "Recuva". You can just use the free version, as I did. It'll bug you to upgrade but that's unnecessary. Seeing as your comment was 7 months ago, chances are you may have already recorded data over the old data and it may not be recoverable now. But it's probably your best bet to give it a try!

Just scooped one for $9 plus shipping.

All dashcams automatically loop record - new footage will be recorded over the oldest ones when the SD card is full so you won't have to format or replace the card. However, when a collision is detected (by the G-Sensor), the incident footage will be automatically locked and moved into a different folder so the it doesn't get overwritten.

I’m sure as long as you have the cigarette lighter it should work. I know someone who uses theirs with a external port from the car and it works fine.

It is nothing crazy since it is 720p but it gets the job done. I noticed it does not like super bright lights.

This is just a front facing camera only. There is one on Amazon that adds in a rear camera setup.

I have the similar model from YADA and it is crap. The blue tint is awful! Makes it look like you are looking through dark tinted windows. When it is raining it makes it impossible to see out the rear window, and it gets worse if you are backing up. I pulled the protective film off of it too. I only paid $19 on a clearance sale at Walmart so it goes in the trash bin

Yes when it gets unplugged it will go off after 10 seconds or that’s how it is for me at least.

Yes so from my experience it’s on loop recording and it just deletes older files and keeps recording new ones.

biggest piece of junk ive ever bought ,,mine were like 40 bucks ,, pretty cheap so i bought 4 ,, all are junk ... they only record while going down the road for a few minutes then shut off ,,all of them do the same thing ...push the last button on the front of the camera and it comes on for a few minutes then shuts off ,, instructions are confusing ,,,in other words all 4 got put away cause no one can figure them out ,,, pure junk

Yeah it’s definitely not worth more than that, but for what it is I am happy with it so far.

WORTHLESS NO INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW TO USE IT! My menu button does not bring up the menu, so I went looking for user instructions and found NOTHING! POS DO NOT BUY!

Your going to tuck the cord right back in the box. Its junk!!
