Do Still Hunt with reconstruction/ explosive light Apex and a solar holster mod. Super, Still Hunt super shot, shoot 5 then swap to Apex and by the time you've shot both Apex shots 1 bullet will be loaded into Still Hunt allowing you to proc it's super shot again then repeat. Absolutely zero downtime until you're out of Apex or Still Hunt ammo.

After you shoot the still hunt super you shoot 2 rockets then shoot 6 still hunts + super. Shooting 5 sniper shots to swap to rockets then swap back to sniper is losing dps. Just shoot still hunt super and instantly swap to rockets during that downtime

For titans check out hazardous propulsion + two tailed fox + facet of command. Rocket damage boost, two tailed rocket suppresses, which reloads itself and you can shoot off all 10 with the buff.

Definitely make a video (or at least talk about it somewhere) about the build against the witness. Since witness takes so much reduced body damage and he's pretty far away, I'm not sure if the threadlings will really get their max effevtiveness, so I'd be interested in seeing it tested

Things you can include with the DPS #s Facet of dominance allows for void grenades to weaken targets, also arcane needle paired with Facet of dawn allows for radiance throughout the damage cycle you can still use threadling grenades to build up euphony stacks and after stacks are built you can activate transcendence to turn the strand grenade to a void stasis grenade to help apply weaken and freeze to the boss. Facet of courage also increases damage with your arc, void, solar abilities which can be proc'd with arcane needle along with everything else previously mentioned.

The big thing I want to know - would it be better to be doing this with a recon/ALH rocket to swap back and forth, get extra damage from the rockets on top of Euphony?

I personally love weavewalk, as it created 5 perched threadlings that can then make more with broodweaver, 5 per melee. I dont have the exotic, but I imagine getting it prepped is super easy with it, plus gives you the survivability

If you eat your grenade before popping the rift with the specific aspect you can get 2 more threadlings compared to just throwing it after rifting

I love builds like this. Really hits that warlock spell caster fantasy

1 thing to add to still hunt is that its solar damage, taking into account solar surges and mods, and the fact that the best dps rotation includes rockets (apex predator is solar), still hunt will still outcook this exotic in a dps rotation while needing way less build commitment to make it viable. Granted both exotics are simply amazing

I'd be interested to see Microcosm retested against the Witness - lots of claims floating around on reddit that it does bonus damage to the witness since its crit spot is coded as a "shield".

you should try out two tailed fox with one of the prismatic fragments. the one that makes it so your mag insta reloads when you suppress with void. you can literally just ammo dump like the old days

Not super important, but good to remember that during Transcendence you get a weapon buff so remember to proc that depending on your build / rotation

Need to including the transcendence stacking weapon damage buff into the numbers. Still Hunt nighthawk could be a lot higher with most of its damage being so early in its rotation

You need to test two-tail. It's instantly reloading with facet of command because the void rocket suppresses enemies.

I want to see this with a cascade point edge transit added into the rotation

hitting a target with the gun refreshes the buff, not just threadlings

Also get radiant from prismatic if we are just talking a solo boss encounter

add a auto loading explosive light rocket to the NH still hunt and its neck and neck for dmg

Only problem is that bosses like the witness and oryx are not on the playable area

I feel like titan, new exotic chest, facet of command(? The reload one) and two tailed fox could go crazy

Until you eat a rocket to the face because lfg blueberries don’t know what don’t move means. Plus you are forced to move around during The Witness fight.

I've been running both a hunter and a warlock so it will be nice to have 2 different high damage load outs

verity requires you to get weapon kills to stack the grenade damage. I dont know how long you get the grenade damage for but its not going to be enough to be practical in any dps

You can also have hellion, the ignitions give enough dps

i’ve been using this in combo with a b&s cat and it slaps usuallu like 6 mil+ on warlords ruin final boss

for your next build video, would it be possible for you to use the loadouts preview short cut(right click on the icon in the loadouts list) instead? That's a lot more readable than these screens

Kinda makes sense. Building into a specific element should always be the most raw, powerful version of that. Prismatic (even with exotic class items), you're jack of all trades, master of none. It's a utilitarian class.

If your titan build doesn't spec around sentinel it won't be max damage output for a fireteam of 6. 0.25*6= 1.5 and 0.4*5=2 Two sentinels can split a DPS phase down the middle and both magdump whatever the fastest GL is these days and total damage will exceed the same meta dps combination NOT using two sentinels.

Btw has anyone tried that one exotic on warlock with wings plus heat rises on the witness encounter. Couldn’t you just sit in the air the whole time and dps

It's not actually a secret since most people knows this immediately when they drop the gun...

So glad I got this raid exotic early! It always takes me 30-60 runs. Only other exotic I got early was Eyes of Tomorrow on 3rd completion. Got Euphony on 2nd completion and have barely taken it off since.

Not including Transcendence for the damage boost for the DPS on Prismatic seems questionable. Most builds should have no trouble making sure it's available going into a DPS phase.

Is it just me or does euphony fit more into the RON loot theme and conditional fit more into the salvations edge loot theme?

As impressive as the dps is for a special weapon, it just seems like to much for a damage phase

Isnt nova bomb with star eaters on prismatic + edge transit more total damage than euphony for a one dps phase? Granted you likely wont have all the grenades back for a second one but oh well thats the life of a casual without the raid exotic from the hardest raid in destiny 2 which i will never see.

Bungie needs to make more weapons that can synergise with the Titan kit. Hunters have got still hunt and golden gun, warlocks entire strand fantasy is threadling and now there is a weapon that produces and benefits from it. Where is the Titan weapon!

Titans are in a bad spot now, prismatic is not good for them. They need to stick to regular strand/solar for add clear and arc/solar for DPS. Definitely using prismatic will get you kicked of LFGs or lag behind against other classes

@@jaxastro3072 Hunters have the bonus melee dmg when emerging from invis, wich seems bugged right now (Because hunters are double hitting melees, for some reason). Still, pretty sure invis multiplier is bigger than banner multiplier, its jus harder to manage

this is extremely flawed. This is A dps option, but no where near the best. You have so many hoops to jump through just to compete with easier methods. NH with still hunt and a rocket will do close to 8 mill on witness. if you try to use strand warlock euphony you will be 5 mill short while also doing more work. On top of that, threadling grnades and rift doesnt work on the witness so youll me loosing a LOT of what makes up that damage strat. Even on warlock if you used star eater with nova and still hunt, it would do more damage. This is an omega cope weapon.

Even though Star Eater GG does more damage CN is just the better choice unless you were doing the orb generation spam that got nerfed recently. Nothing has changed for most Hunter mains. You obviously aren’t a Hunter main or you would know this. Suggesting to make CN do less damage is just a straight up nerf what is already the weakest class in terms of overall tools in PVE. CN isn’t even the strongest super now. That’s Nova Bomb since Bungie gave everyone Star Eater. And it doesn’t even require a crit! Or even a dedicated exotic since it’s a classic exotic. So drop that argument.

@@georgiabulldog7671 Correct but what ehroar was saying is that he hoped that still hunt would at least give marksmen the edge in total damage with the new class items. However since nighthawk applies to still hunt on top of surges while star eaters doesn’t and foe tracer doesn’t allow the use of additional surge mods, if anything the gap got wider. He also mentioned later that if the new class items did benefit still hunt more it would make hunters even better than they are now so bungie probably cant go that route, but it’s still feels kind of bad so the only thing he could thing of is to nerf either nighthawk’s interaction with still hunt or to nerf its overall damage since it requires next to no set up or time wasted in animations like star eater and marksmen. Plus even with those trade offs that combo will only deal about 7,400 more damage than a nighthawk GG shot which is nothing and doesn’t make much sense considering it takes much longer
