RED (Redstone Excavation Demolition) sends out ADs to poor Villages saying "Hey! If there are ores in your area we will pay you a lot of money if you let us mine there." Then hire any Villagers that want to work (at "competitive rates") if they find any ores worth digging up, I mean they do pay them a lot of money for the land, but you have to move because you are on private property now
Drawers are not lazy they are lag friendly

I'd still say its a bit lazy but true they are lag friendly!
why was there a pile of redstone and quartz on the ground at 03:16

A cobblestone got into the farm and broke the polishing part but it was an easy fix!
spoiler alert: the most efficient way to get redstone is by using creative :D
