Gabe, I love your on-course and in-studio videos, and appreciate the way that you explain what the launch monitor numbers mean to the golfer. Here’s some friendly advice from a professional clubfitter: You need to hit up on the ball a bit more than you do and increase your launch angle! With a driver clubhead speed right at 100 MPH, you should be getting more carry than you do get (about 245 yards or even a bit more). By maximizing your ball launch and peak trajectory numbers, you should easily see that type of carry distance on a regular basis. BTW, the Aerojet Max is definitely your best fit among those three drivers.

Super interesting Gabe. I really liked this video as you really showed the difference between all three heads. After watching most of your driver videos this year, it looks like you've managed to increase your swing speed and ball speed a little bit compared to last season. Looks like you may have increased your tee height and driver loft too or am I just imagining that? If you are indeed hitting it further, what do you think is making the biggest difference? Also, when is March Madness starting?
@LetsPlayThru

That’s true. I think the biggest difference has been working on my rotation and getting the club up higher in the backswing. Tee height is same but I’ve also gone from 10° to 10.5° and that’s helping too.

The Max version here is basically the successor to the older Speedzone Xtreme, which I had and loved. The regular version is like the standard Speedzone. And the LS is for those with high clubhead speed and precision ball striking at, or near center consistently. Hard to get to stay airborne if under 110mph clubhead speed. Low spin is not always the secret and many play LS model drivers with stiff shaft that should be playing MAX or regular version heads with regular shafts. Not everyone is a 115mph swinging wild gorilla! Nice drivers but I’ll stick to the Speedzone line or LTDX blue version I have both, plus about 5 other drivers here and the best is actually the Callaway Epic Max with a Epic LS shaft in it and it’s optimal for my game. How about the new Wilson Dynapower Carbon review? Put it up versus the Paradym and Stealth 2 and TSR2 for a shootout? Add in the G430 Max too
