Because those seats are Hermes, and looking at the cost of basic sofas on their site... are probably over $100k + /each ....sooo about $1.4M + in just sofas?

The 2nd best imax theater I've seen in a mansion is in a josh altman mansion tour video and that one had the same seats just a different color and a 400 inch screen just nuts!

With the amount of space in between each section you could make this the ultimate theater and sleep over shindig… make the seats some pull out beds. Or you could bring in some mobile tables and make it a dining theater.

Anyone else think the guy who owns it sounds like Stallone? He could easily to ADR for a de-aged Rocky/Rambo

Amazing

It's an awesome space... but the down side of this room (and so many others in this house) is that unless it's a party every other day, it'd feel weird and empty to try to enjoy the space on your own. The house is like walking through a deserted high end hotel. O_o

no it ain't , i worked in real ones over 25 years ago , retired now , i projected on ones far larger than the rich luxury that overspend because there sticking deluded rich , i don't waste another word here as rich people can't do , format 04 , just that rubbish dsu atmos

its not a big deal , just rich luxury of it can't do all the proper Dolby format sound codes , its not a home theatre , rich don't know they not done actual real 35mm projection , expect me of course , retired now

there's a reason you don't see theaters this size in mansions. Theaters have really dim projectors and being able to project a smaller image increases brightness, regardless of if you spend on a commercial projector or not. It's quality over quantity and is pretty wasteful to have a theater of this size from a square footage perspective that having this many people in your home is not something most people want to do.

Our local cinema is smaller than this.

You have to understand what’s behind those walls to truly understand that price tag!! The projector alone is probably 250k!!! Just to light up that massive screen lol. He easily has 2 to 3 million in just A/V!! Crazy!!

That's a small screen... my projector is beamed at my wall and its almost as big as that. Whomever owns this really isn't trying. the only thing i can imagine being significantly better is the sound system.
