Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
In this episode, K-Town host Matthew Kang joins one of his best dining friends Frank Lee for a rundown of three dishes at Park's: the raw yukhoe that comes gently marinated with soy and sesame; otherworldly American-style wagyu beef, and the house specialty of marinated prime beef short rib galbi.

Thank you Matthew Kang for the gift of K-Town! Your videos are awesome, big fan over here. It's the kind of food I crave in an ungodly hour of night. Still amazing. 😊

Korean short rib is just insanely good. That was mouthwatering.
I love this series and it is best Korean food series out there in youtube!
You guys look like twins. The similar haircuts, glasses, shape of the faces, and the unquenchable passion for Korean BBQ. Wow, this is paradise !
Looks so good, can't wait to try it.
i love these little grill your own stuff restaurants, i havent done that before
oh gosh, watching them eat just made me so hungry.
That is so good! I’ve been to SK and I miss it so much! Best food ever!
I remember seeing a lot of Korean BBQ restaurants in Southern California years ago. But just now finding out what it really is. Had no idea it was like this wow!!
How do u dislike this... they make it look so good
In the 7th and fig shopping center in DTLA Park's BBQ has a sister food spot that you can get bowls of their KBBQ, perfect if you've never had KBBQ before and just want to try it, or if you want KBBQ but don't want to go sit down at a KBBQ and do all you can eat or whatever

Looks amazing.
I'm drooling 🤤
Oh how I miss Korea can't wait to visit on my own terms ^_^
This is a great Korean bbq place highly recommended. The meat is delicious!
Does Mat Dol still exist? I used to love that place! 👨🍳👍
Everyone watching is that guy at 1:55 standing in the distance... xD
I'm trying to go to LA over new years. Is this the place to go?
It's still satisfying to see the meat cook
I think Mike Chen should go up there and make a food review.

Thin cut beef is gods work, wish it was more popular in the states
Witch is the best Korean bbq in the SGV. Or near?
parks on vermont is so good
Koreans also eat raw liver soaked in sesame oil. I had it in a Korean restaurant and it was good. 😊
That tartare looks good
When you pointed your finger at psy's picture, i was thinking like. "why would you have to show us your face?" and then it hit me like, "oh that psy, the gangnam style"
That's real good meat. How could it not taste great? That last bit with the meat on the bone is the best, and with all the collagen is healthy for you too, as our modern meat diet doesn't include it in the proportions we consumed it in historically.
Park BBQ does have very good BBQ but recently tried Chung Ki Wa on Olympic and Arlington and may I say Chung Ki Wa is fantastic.

that meat on the bone is literally the best part! I always eat that part!
원래 육회를 깻잏에 싸먹는거였나요?
He seems like a cool person. The kind of dude you would have over to sit down at the kitchen table for some good food and good conversation. What's the problem?
Park is definitely the best in Ktown LA but it's not a casual spot and reserved for special occasions because it is also the most expensive Kbbq
Hey bro ! If you want to try out one of the best Korean BBQ, I’d refer and strongly recommend you to 7’th Street Korean BBQ, on the corner of Vermont, and 7’th Street. Please give it a try then you’ll know that we’re in the same page & same boat.
Is it just me who thinks that Matt Kang should invite Frank Lee to this show from now on? He adds a lot of spark to the commentaries
I am insanely jealous right now /droooooool
Another Korean BBQ video in LA?
you didn't even link it
The only difference between these two guys are the size of the glasses and the accent.

A difference between American and Japanese waygu is that the American isnt as fat and the marbling isnt as good as teh Japanese ones. Also, personally, I think American waygu doesnt have as much flavors than the Japanese. But American waygu is great and worth a try

Saint Andrew I agree. It's the process in which the Japanese tenderize and age their meat in comparison to other cultures. The fruits and vegetables reflect the same care.
That foo almost throw up after his tartar bite
I literally ate there today. It truly is the best one. My wife and I have eaten Korean BBQ all over. Quality beef wins
ok guys, I've lived in Korea for a few years, and there's a lot more than just bbq stuff?????
IMO the texture of a beef tartare suffers a lot if there is no sauce of any kind involved, and also it needs complimentary flavours compared to cooked beef, since there is no maillard reaction or other complimentary flavours inherent to the dish.
I wish we had allll these different, unique and amazing Asian restaurants in London. We only have fake overpriced restaurants😒

Oh my! i dont know if i can eat raw beef.

If u look closely the cow is still moving "fresh from market"..
"we should try the meat by itself" *Dips it into a few things*
4:15 thats what lil nas x said
Koreans love their egg - there isn't a dish that isn't improved by cracking on on top. But for pure joy - it's that thinly sliced garlic with the meat. Gaaaah
i actually thought both people where the same person
parks quality really took a hit post-covid.
psy ma' man... oppa LA style
Yukhoe isn't the only raw Korean dish. There is soy sauce marinated crab that is raw
Thank you for not saying Kobe
RIP Anthony Bourdain
almost same haircut and glasses :')
American hanwoo beef style (korean famous beef ) the best in the world !!!
I never known about they sell it raw beef to customer in america. the raw beef's kind of delicacy food, it wasn't popular food. also many Korean doesn't like that, so normal BBQ restaurants do not boast to them.
Non so perche ma veder tagliare la carne con le forbici mi fa rabbrividire
If you put coca cola into meat 2 hour after that will be a lot of maggots
Rip Anthony
I do have to admit... this guy needs to diversify his subjects. Sheldon makes superior videos for Eater by doing more insightful features on a wide variety of cuisines.
I can't imagine myself eating raw meat!! yuk!!
"Pretentious" has become a word people throw around when they've already put themselves on a pedestal.
the overcooked the wagyu meat, it looked pretty dry on the ssam HAHA
How is it waygu if its american? Counterfiet
3:39,4:14 that's what she said
Very high quality dog, it tastes like cow!
I only know about Parks because of TigerBelly....any fans here??
Don't drag it out !!
OMG you overcooking wagyu
I hate to say this...but actually this is not Korean BBQ but rather it's more Yakiniku, Japanese BBQ because traditionally Korean BBQ is pork, not beef.
WOW you guys are like twins!
Is Frank wearing a Nomos watch?
RiP Anthony
I like this host but agree that the content seems uninspired
Another Korean BBQ video ? Wow 😳
It always bothers me how he always shove food straight to his teeth. Idk why.
