I purchased a refurbishment scooter from them. The specs on range arent on point but theyre not off enough to not be disappointed by the overall product.

I bought a "reconditioned" Turbo Ant V8 electric scooter from the company. I came a week and a half ago. This unit never powered on, and had parts broken lying loose in the box. I emailed them right away. They first asked for a video of the broken parts, and a few days later asked for a video of the screen. I provided them with both right away, but have not heard back. I called their phone and got a voicemail. So far I would not recommend this product. The electrical connections are in the handlebars, and did not line up when I put them on. I've been doing appliance and machinery repairs for a living for 35 years. I watched all the videos before starting to assemble. I have 4 scooters, 3 Ebikes, and 4 hoverboards. This is a bad as I gets so far. I'll update if they respond or anything.

@@jamesbronz I sent the scooter back for repairs. I was disappointed, but they took care of shipping, and it is the biggest battery you can get on a scooter for the price. I haven't received the new / repaired one yet.

@@supermikeb Have you tried contacting them. I am about to purchase a Refurbished Model V8 after my new V8 gotten an E1 Error Code. If this becomes a normal problem, maybe we should consider filing a lawsuit. I am total down. There Warranty States that it is 1 Year from original purchase date that they would cover Normal Wear & Tear. I have already tried replacing the Motor/Tire Assembly myself with no resolve. It looks like there is a way to Reset the E1 Error Code but it doesn't show you a proper way of doing this. I was fiddling with the Start Button on it. This is how I know how.

@@AzraelPercussionNEO I was frustrated that the scooter had problems, and I didn't hear back initially from them. As soon as I posted here they called me. Anyway they are fixing it and since I bought a reconditioned one that's the deal. I hope it lasts.

I just bought one from their website for $449, no tax free shipping. It's called "reconditioned" but I've bought a lot of scooters, and they are just ones that have been returned.
