I have no idea why this song was not put on their greatest hits. It's easily one of their best.

⚡ 💀 💕 / 🎶 💕 'Syncopation' is a killer high energy track. Pretty much a flawless blend of guitars and vocals. This is what producer Koba said in a 2016 interview: Q: Of all the songs in this album wouldn’t you say that ‘Syncopation’ has the most Japanese feel to it? Kobametal: Yes, I would agree to that. And that is why on the overseas edition we put a different song in its place. On the Japanese edition we wanted to present an ever more Japanese quality to it and so this song was included. On the overseas edition in place of ‘Syncopation’ we have instead included the song ‘From Dusk Till Dawn’.

Dusk till Dawn is a great compromise. But not rele0oasing Syncopation in the rest of the world just seems weird. Nose. Face. Cut of to spite. Mmmph.

@@Varksterable Every Western BABYMETAL fan I know loves that track, so yeah, I totally agree. At least they finally put it up on international streaming services like Spotify.

'Syncopation' is probably my favorite too. It's hard to make a real choice. 'Arkadia' is starting to rank up too.

Totally agree on "... she is in her element whatever she goes..." especially when accompanied by great 'groove' drummers who know how to bring the best out of her vocals and can best make a beat feel really good with her in the unique way, if anything J-Rock/Anime song manner, which these particular songs like Syncopation and Kingslayer offer. IMHO, Hideki Aoyama and Mat Nicholls been the 2 very best drummers to do that. (I can't wait till the day when I can see them play Kingslayer live.)

and BOH (the bassist you say looks like Kenichi Suzuki)'s presence with such convincing bass playing/sound and Takayoshi Ohmura's fabulous lead guitar are important elements to make this song very special in concert. I hate to say this but lacking these elements makes some songs with the US made Kamiband not as good as with them Japanese Kamiband.

This is another song I don't listen to often but don't know why. It's so good! Syncopation is a song that is rarely requested for reactors and I don't know why. We tend to get stuck in a rut, requesting the same 5 videos over and over again and not introducing people to more of their catalog.

I absolutely agree .Babymetal has so much more to offer. And most reaktors don't come this far to discover songs like Syncopation, Yava, Tamashi no Rufuran or my personal favorite Awadama Fever.

Good reaction, thanks! This is one of those songs that grow more and more while you get more into BABYMETAL. Now I can say it's one of my favorites. Su's vocals are flawless the guitars are amazing and that ending is certainly impressive. Absolutely underrated imo. Until next time!

This MV is so special to me because of the singing parts by Yui and Moa. A perfect blend of Kami Band brilliance, Su's lead vocals, Moa and Yui singing. Always super fine choreography.🐱‍👤🐱‍👤🐱‍👤

This is one of those songs where its starts off amazing, BUT actually increases in epic-ness as it goes on, so your face melts even more every minute that passes ! 'Syncopation' is definitely one of my TOP 10 favorite BABYMETAL songs! Nice reaction! 🦊🤘

I can never pick a favorite song from Babymetal as they are so different from each other that there are many reasons to like different songs...but in terms of just being a really well written song in every way, Syncopation is definitely on the short list of their best songs if not the best.

Oh I don't know about the beam part but Babymetal can cure a lot of things. I've noticed that Babymetals best song is whatever song you just listen too. Syncopation is a great tune. Try not to listen to it while driving, you might be going faster than you realize. On the other hand maybe you need something to get you going. Babymetal will make the trip easier and faster. lol

This is my favorite song from Metal Resistance (Japan Edition). To be honest, I'm not good at speed metal or power metal a little bit, however I love this song because it has a sense of speed but has an intonation like an old Japanese pop rock song. The accuracy of Su-'s vocal pitch and timing is amazing. Intro is also cool. I think the lyrics are about love. But it's not a sweet love song, it is like a faint first love. It is suitable for BABYMETAL straightly. Btw, what saying you are!, I can't forgive that you say that adorable Yui looks like a zombie monk, Suzuken 😢. me too, I love NINGEN ISU 😉. I have seen a photo with Suzuken and BOH together before on the internet. Does Su- like bourbon? I did not know that. Thank you from Japan.

Well, there was bourbon involved in this reaction, and the way he was chugging it down he will probably end up from feeling sick into feeling sick with a hangover. Can't blame him, been there, done that. :-)) Don't think Su likes firewater, though. Think she's more the pink champagne type. Noblesse oblige...

It's epic! I like syncopation more than from dusk till dawn maybe because I'm used to jpop and jrock. Fdtd is also good and it has some ethereal feel, you should try to react to it

If you like this, then Yava! would be another good one to check out from Babymetal. Also a recommendation for something different but equally badass is Meathook Massacre from the band Baest. They are one of the best new(ish) death metal bands.

Only time I've seen Babymetal or before Babymetal discuss alcohol was Moametal saying now she is an adult she can have/try some beers with Su-metal in Germany. I was really glad to hear Su-metal's parents and Moametal's parents were at an international show I was at too. We don't usually hear about that and I'm glad to see they take an interesting it in (and assume they enjoy it too). I hope they were glad with the performance of the audience as well.

And 'our girls' have been in many European counties with lower drinking age. So it would be legal. But Moa's grandad was a policeman and it seems Moa's mom is strict.
