He was right in that it does have some great things that it does better than Marvel's Spider-Man 2 like the camera, swinging, fighting enemies/fancy takedowns and running down walls. Like seriously, we don't have running down walls in Spider-Man 2 PS5 yet? Crazy! 😫

@@luisdavidcasallasb.9466 But Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is amazing. It's debatable whether it's better or not than the 1st game and people have said the game is "rushed" or "too short", but it's still great and a big improvement over both the first game, Miles Morales and The Amazing Spider-Man games.

this is another thing I noticed, I honestly think he has a right to an opinion on this one because he obvisously hasn't played the whole game otherwise he would know about other things in the game that are outright better, swinging is outright better and we still have the ability to save civilians from certain situations

I just want to say the timed swing you could have gave it to spider man 2 easily if you weren’t an idiot and a noob you could have done a loop to gain use tunnels and air vents correctly so spider man 2 should have gotten that easily if an idiot wasn’t playing the game combat would have been for spider man 2 because it has more variety to it in tasm 2 all you have to press is square triangle and move the left stick that’s all for tasm 2 and it gets boring after a while also swinging should have been given to spider man 2 also because you can move the camera 360 degrees in spider man 2 without any effort by just moving the right stick 360 degrees also you were moving the right stick for tasm 2 also dialogue and cutscenes are going to sm2 there is probably barely any cutscenes in tasm2 and the dialogue come on sm2 wins this by a mile so sm2 would have 9 points and tasm 2 will have 4 there you sm2 wins I feel like you were just being pity and nice to tasm 2 to make it win Also be sure to know I’m a guy that respects opinions but this is too hard respect I just can’t respect this opinion at all Also whoever starts a war with me i will literally block you because I’m tired of these kids complaining

I like the comparisons, although it's not automatic you can use webs to scale buildings while running up, it's different animations but it's possible in 2023's game. (Also I like some on the events in the games better than the movie - they had to make up their own stories as they couldn't use the direct movie storylines at the time - specifically liked the focus on them hunting the people altered by dna stuff - it seemed more extensive than Spider-Man 2's as a lot of focus was on them being hunted down, whereas Kraven in the 2023 one seemed to be quick and not as focused for some reason).

Spider man 2 vs Spider-Man Web of shadows

A lot of people hate this game but this was the first Spider-Man game I played so it has an attachment to me. The worst part about it was what everyone else thinks the worst part about it is when you become a menace people go I hate that guy. And then traversal becomes a living hell. but honestly I was a big fan of the combat anyways so I was fine with it. So basically there was nothing really bad about this game. I know this might be a little weird but 10/10. I might sound like a fanboy of this game but I do think Spider-Man 2 is better.

Sure I haven’t played Spider-Man 2, but I didn’t expect this video to be defending the amazing Spider-Man 2.
