I believe she is still Songque, evident with her green eyes whereas Perception took her form having red eyes. I believe she is someone akin to a Herrscher, but one who manipulates both shadows and light, evident in her two respective forms.

She is Songque fr and got the herrscher eyes!

my only problem is that she should've been dead but i'm not sad that mhy give her herrscher power instead. as we know the concentration of the 10 face of mysery (not sure if that's how this is called in english) is like an herrscher core, so if songque concentrate all that power this is not that surprising that she gain an herrscher power level the only condition is that she should be resistant to the honkai and then don't die

Major direction of speculations among CN community are Songque would be either HoR equivalent (transform shadow/fear into materials via Fear Gathering) or “Herrscher of Shadow”. A few, however, suggest she might be HoC equivalent due to shadow clones and how shadow had mimicking Amber Street around the time Thelema gained shadow control ability that would make her Shu.

The characters might be real but yes the progress was a simulation, but we still don’t have the complete info of the entire situation as of now.

Honestly, reading Vita's dialog, I get the feeling it might be a lot more complex than that. Spoiler . . . . . . . . They don't refer to it as simulations but as a samsara (basically reliving the same life over and over again) and the Dreamseeker's part in it as a reincarnation. Further, the area Vita and the Dreamseeker talk in they refer to as a place in the system (probably the Astral Ring System) halfway between dream and reality, meaning those bubble universes exist in a 'dream'. The Dreamseeker up to this point has never been in reality and doesn't have a physical form outside the dream. Vita calls her an Electronic entity (which I take as something similar to what the HoC was). My current theory is that during the Great Eruption large chunks of Mars near anchors got dumped into something similar to Project Stigma but using the Sea of Quanta and those chunks and basically been going on repeated loops for the past billion years. Remember the memories from of Mars from the Honkai beasts used the term 'stagnate' to describe the Finality's impact on Mars rather than destruction like Venus was. More to the point, Vita and the Dreamseeker seem to consider what they are doing important even if we don't know why yet. Do remember all this is about saving Mars.

Doesn't even really matter. At this point players will just pull for whatever Hoyo releases. Heck they'd even pull for Duonigue if he would be the next OP "valk".
