I think everyone is biting their lip and not shame you Mike by not telling you or correcting you that whenever you eat a Filipino "ulam with sarsa", you always eat it with rice. Never eat on its own because it is normally flavored and seasoned with the afterthought that the rice would balance the flavors. So the Binagoongan will not taste as salty. You can eat anything that is grilled or fried on its own but not the ones that have sarsa.

Nice church grounds, most Catholic Churches has beautiful courtyards… Maybe it’s best not to talk about the place & beaches to keep it low keyed … there’s enough tourist areas in the Philippines. Can’t believe there’s Sandunes in the PHL’s …

The sand dunes of Ilocos Norte are the largest dune deposit in Southeast Asia, and were the filming location for parts of the movie Mad Max Beyond. It is a stunning and unique destination for those who seek adventure and thrill in the midst of sand and dunes.

How come they don't have much trees, the sight is bald is there a problem for water like Africa,or they are like africans afraid to plant it's tiring.

Of course, don't expect a lush green landscape in a place known for its vast stretches of sand dunes. With sand dunes being a defining feature of this area, it goes without saying that trees are scarce in these parts.

the traditional fish sinigang is bangus on guava based sinigang it's addictive and the very very tagalog pork sinigang is that creamy soup actual tamarind base with gabi nobody cooks sinigang tradinally anymore it's all watery sinigang mamasita mix even in cabalen or aristocrat restaurants. in the visayas region they have chicken sinigang, chicken is not suppose to be sinigangize i gag just thinking about it!
