If builds can work without stacking,I definitely try to lean towards them. It's always so freeing not having to worry about getting stack to start playing the game

To be fair, the main reason for cookie on blaziken is the passive scaling off of hp... but yeah, i dont run cookie either, its just too miserable when you dont get stacks

I do like seeing other builds that require little to no stacking due to mons like umbreon existing or a cc lane making it almost impossible to get your stacks. It’s super annoying and I get pushed to being 3 stacks the entire game. Especially cause teammates break the goals too early xD

Another thing that draft is really going to help with is getting a better idea before the match starts whether it’s worth it to run stacking items.

I like using weakness cookie and razor just because cookie gets so much value but because I'm not double stacking if I don't get my stacks it feels less like my items are dead weight which is nice

I feel like giving combusken focus blast instead of blaze would make more sense, not only is focus blast and fire punch a direct upgrade to the starter moves, but blaze kick is also blazikens signature move

I like playing weight, weakness & razor. It does let me get stacks and have that scaling aspect, but at the same time if i can only get 1-2 stacks early i still have means to actually play the game instead of chasing stacks all game and hoping the enemies dont pay attention. Yes, i get the cookie blaze synergy, and its amazing when you can get it stacked, but when you cant its absolutely miserable, and the better the enemies are, the harder getting stacks is.

I like using muscle instead of weakness sometimes but mostly when my team don’t have any ripping mons.

My go to build for blaziken is attack weight muscle and razor.... I try to get atleast 3 stacks in early game and rest when I'm 5

Always thought you should be able to pick which moves blaziken learns first, and then unite lets you swap to whatever you didn’t pick. Would allow for more combinations

Watching this video with a ranked win streak so bad that a teammate rage quit 3 out of my last 6 games

Weight Cookie Razor is my favorite Blaziken build

This is what I always played on Blaziken tbh. Although in lane I would run Focus Band over Weakness usually

I just hate that they make bad early mon best builds are usually stacking so it sucks

I’d drop the Muscle Band for Resonant Guard. Muscle Band doesn’t have the same level of utility outside of the early game aspect as you generally don’t use quite as many basics towards that late game, whilst Resonant Guard gives you a portion of the bulk back you lose from not stacking Cookie. You can obviously make Muscle work, but generally you want a razor + attack item + defence item for a Blaziken build

The main reason to run muscle is to rip objectives faster. As you can't rely on your teammates in soloq

Like I said before and I will say it again, Blaziken is a martial artist that specialises in Taekwondo and his stances definitely involve real life martial arts that involves defence and offence. Therefore, it makes sense to be an All-Rounder with Weight,Cookie,Muscle/Razor/Weakness/Guard.

@@piercemat331 The thing is that Float Stone doesn't exactly help him much because other items outclasses Float Stone in many ways and his bulk is actually good enough to make it tanky as well. So, tank and damage is the best build for Blaziken.

Honestly as much as I love double stacking on Blaziken it feels so much more stressful than Lucario, who at least has a very prominent laning phase and secure tool. Blaziken just feels... weak when trying to contest. That might just be me being inexperienced with Blaziken and Lucario being my absolute main, but IMO Blaziken can get work done without stacking, especially if you take it to the jungle.

Gyarados is the perfect character for toxic players as they reveal that they are toxic once they dont evolve by 8 minutes and begin blaming the team.

I think the best build for blaziken is weight,weakness(trust me it's a must have cause it helps you secure objectives cause it proks everytime you take damage from the regis/ray,cookie(it's great cause you can heal more from your passive and if you have a white six emblem page then it makes you even more tankier).C'mon cris give it a try. ❤

it depends on what role you want to play, like an alternative for blastoise could be goodra Otherwise gengar is fine or also a mage such as Inteleon (if you snipe), Delphox, Gardevoir, Cramorant or Chandelure (I'm not considering supports)

Well what mons do you prefer though? And in solo q you have to take account how quick can you snowball games. Best ones so far are gardevoir glaceon and Venu imo

Gardevoir all the way. Maybe it's just me but it's the best one imo. Between moonblast and psyshock it just feels great to play and gives you coverage that others don't have. Especially early on when your team sucks psyshock helps with farming. Plus the current meta has a nice unite move cooldown so it helps with objectives and crowd control. I just started playing again after 2 years because they pissed me off and honestly they still do. Crustle was my main though and got me to masters fast. Rock tomb and X scissor got me a lot of kills and put my team in great position. Only issue was when they dont do objectives and are behind he feels really clunky and slow. But still recommended.
