I found that just making your own mix with lion's mane and other herbs is 10x cheaper than buying it ready-made.

Yes, but only if you buy low-quality supplements that are available for sales and are quite ineffective. Top-quality mushrooms are hard to get and extremely expensive :)

I take the Four Sigmatic Think Latte. I really like it. I have depression and anxiety and it really helps with my mood. Whenever I pair it with 5htp the change is veryy noticeable.

This was a very delicious tasting instant mushroom coffee. Subtle effects on mood and no jittery. I liked it, but wasn’t potent enough.

I like the taste of this instant coffee, Actually better than the ground coffee beans of the same product. It has a smooth pleasant nutty taste. The only downside for the is the cost.

FourSigmatic Mushroom coffee is great for a Biohacking Butter Coffee. Specially the medium roast. I like 50% caffeine much more than 100% caffeine. Taste-wise it is not as good as biohacking coffee brands like KION or Purity though.
