This fight destroyed me when I read the manga. Jolyne letting Emporio go and turning around to face Pucci with all her dignity was so powerful. Reminded me of Jonathan telling Erina that it’s ok for her to cry but she has to keep living.

@@_lynxninja_4783 Jonathan knew he was going down with the ship (literally lmao) and so from that point on his only goal became getting Erina and Elizabeth to safety. When Jolyne realized Pucci was just going to hunt her aura until he killed her, she knew she had to get Emporio out of there as well. It’s the same scenario, over 100 years apart.

@@hidden_animator522 Ikr Jonathan would be hella proud of his descendants. Even though the Joestar family members included tricksters, delinquents and literal mafiosos, all of them carried Jonathan's sense of righteousness and will to do the right thing even at the cost of their own lives. Pucci may have carried Dio's will, but Jolyne's last stand (no pun intended) represented everything about how Jonathan's will stopped Dio all those years ago.

Jotaro as a whole throughout the series is such an amazing character. The way in which Araki kept adding more layers to this originally 80's cool main character is amazing. The moment in which Jotaro sees the knives above Jolyne and screams for the first time is crazy, it's crazy to see the cool-headed character finally scream out of pure horror, out of desesperation, and feeling like the situation is out of his control, and even remembering Dio insantly. At the end, Jotaro died in the same way he got his discs stolen by White Snake in the first place: he chose to save his daughter instead of defeating the villain. Pucci knew that he would do that, and he used his only "weakness" against him. The worst part is that he died knowing that there was no way out of the situation for his daughter

I Like how Araki foreshadows some characters Deaths by previous events on the story. Avdol Fake died protecting Polnareff first time then died protecting him again in the end. Bruno died to Diavolo when delivering Trish Then sacrificed himself at the final battle to defeat Chariot. Same With Jotaro here, and the list actually Goes on.

I love how Jonathan in his final moments saved Lisa Lisa as a child. And, Jolyne in her final moments, saves Emporio. Both of them are JoJos who lost the battle but won the war.

Definitely parallels in part 6 and part 1. Jonathan and Jolyne knew they weren’t going to make it out alive but they went out protecting others with their dignity in tact.

You know i like how Jolyne never promised to actually marry Anasui but still said he can ask her.

Aside from the Vanilla Ice/Dio's World arc this is the only other arc in JoJo that had me legitimately terrified. I was literally on the edge of my seat in anticipation of what the heck will happen to our cast. Props to david pro for animating Pucci/Made in Heaven so gloriously. You could feel the fear while seeing him running so damn fast

Bear in mind that in actual time, from the moment Pucci used Stone Ocean to stab Anasui to the point where everyone except Jolyne and Emporio are dead, about 7 seconds or so had actually passed. From Emporio's perspective, he barely blinked and everyone died.

Back in part 3 we saw Oingo Boingo's prediction of Jotaro's death, although it happened to the brother who looked like Jotaro, it also happened to Jotaro in part 4 with Killer Queen: Bites the Dust and now again with Jotaro's death in part 6.

People say a lot that Rohan was a self-insert, and I've never really bought into that, but the idea that with the universe super-accelerating Rohan is the only mangaka able to still meet his deadlines is just such a specific piece of wish fulfillment and I love it.

The joestar bloodline would not end as josuke and giorno are still alive lol

big brain moment with the weather report disk prediction. in other news, pucci became my favourite villain. he is just so ominous and terrifying and like weather report said: The kind of evil that doesn't realize that it's evil... is the worst kind there is. and thats pucci. like thanos, he believed his 'salvation' method to be right. but unlike thanos that had his snap reversed, there is no reversing pucci's made in heaven. even if the gang is alive, they're not the ones we knew. also i've been following your jojo reactions since day one, thank you for the laughs and big brains and small brains. you're great.

I like how Jolyne was cool with idea of marrying Anasui right at this moment, like she knew all along. But at this point, he’s changed so much through his bizarre adventure with Jolyne and the deaths of F.F. and Weather that he isn’t the same person he was back at the prison. From someone who only did anything for himself (and by extension, Jolyne) to someone willing to risk it all for everybody.

Damn we've lost literally everyone but Emporio, I've seen the manga and I cried at that scene and then it happened again. Jotaro really got his death set ever since Oingo Boingo. R.I.P. But Emporio has to do this now, he is their Golden Wind. That's why Giorno wasn't there, he would've beat MiH and it would've stolen Emporio's spotlight, but it's his turn now.

It's crazy how even with this supreme 32 step ultimate stand that can send the universe to it's end state was still able to be defeated by Star Platinum but Jotaro had no choice but to go for Jolyne in that final moment

This makes sense because it's been almost an entire year since we've seen the start. But Emporio told us early on that white snake was the cause of his mother's death. Yeah this is the craziest ending ever. Our team lost

There is actually a chapter of Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan that came out last year that takes place, like, right now. Although Rohan still looks the same in 2021 as he did in 1999 (part 4), so maybe it’s an odd timeline. The chapter is Hot Summer Martha from the first Jojo magazine. Only fan translated so far.

I just wanna be clear: Pucci didn't win, not any more than Dio won when he drank Joseph's blood. Yeah, the score is in his favor, and he did something he planned to do, but it isn't over until it's over.

It’s a bittersweet ending for sure, especially since the main joestar bloodline is gone but josuke and Giorno are both still alive and in their original bodies with their original memories

Pucci achieved his idea of heaven. He accelerated time with infinite speed until the universe stopped expanding, started constricting and folded in on itself. It then created a big bang and birthed out a new universe. Then the events if everything in the past happened and they’re back to 2011

not really, his plan wouldn't be completed until he manage to get to where the speedup started, he purposely stopped before that to kill Emporio, that's why when Emporio kills Pucci everything goes back to it's place, everything it's the same, but without Pucci.

If you look back in part-3, there was an episode in which we saw in the oingo boingo book how jotaro is gonna die. But that didnt happen in part 3 and we all thought the oingo boingo book was wrong but if you look carefully the way Jotaro died in part 6 was how it was portrayed in the oingo boingo. The oingo boingo was never wrong.
