Wow, P1 almost made me cry. It validated me so hard cause it was about my TW assaulter. Yea I WAS double crossed by my best friendS (my assaulter was my “best friend”, the people who defended him were my “best friends” too. I can’t believe it 😱😭 pile two here! I was looking for deeper answers about my situation with my ex.. This is interesting you mentioned the spilt soul. When I was younger my mum was in an institution, they said it was post natal depression but I think it’s more than that and stayed with her. This makes sense with her, my dad is about to transition to the other side due to alcoholism, and I spoke to my nan about the past and what might have caused my mum to go this way, I said that there must have been something in her past that was triggered in her adult life 😢 this makes sense for her. My person has experienced a lot of trauma when he was younger he was in foster care but I don’t know too much
