Hello Ben and Paul. I love watching your videos. Not only is the hard work you do incredible, the playful bits with the two of you and the family outro always put a smile on my face. Thank you for continuing to help those in need. It restores my faith in the kindness and goodness of the human spirit.

Bit-by-bit you are getting that community recreation center back to a normal maintenance condition. If you are planning new projects...I tend to drift towards more schools needing basic maintenance. It seems like seeing things get better in winter would help people mentally, kids/parents/staff. Thank you for explaining the loss of color in the "turf" and that it needs to be renewed. That was a lot of wall space to clean. Nice persistence and result. Each job, you figure out something new. Like the step ladder idea to reach the "overly tall" walls.

I'm guessing wet conditions contribute to the buildup of moss/dark spots on masonry there (I live in Arizona--not much moisture). How long would it take for this to buildup?
