Thank you so much for that wonderful comment, it really means a lot! Mental health is a fragile state and it's important to take care of yourself before you can engage yourself with other matters. I used to be in a really dark place with my own mental state, but with the support of my loved ones, as well as some inspirational videos I started following, helped me to get back into a positive clarity. BGC is far from a third world city! It's very modern even by Western standards.
