Plus it has the ARGB fans included too and I think it's usually only $60 to $68. Best bang for the buck out there and I think are coming out with an LCD model here soon for sub $180.

I got an Arctic LF III 360 for my 13700K, but some people have had quite some trouble installing. The LF III works brilliantly, but I was also recommended the TR Frozen Notte seems great value, and no need for dismantling the ILM. I was "lucky" and got my LF III A-RGB for $85 including delivery. But it seems in the US to be always well over $100.

Over the summer I hope you do a comparison of all the current AIO's you can manage. Doing a sponsored video like this is essentially a commercial for the company, something we've come to expect (this one was a bit too heavy on it at times though). Setting them up against each other in one collected video would give a one-click-source, and could show other comparisons besides how well they cool. Build quality, fan design, fan coverage of the radiator, how many wires, mounting type. Plus you would get a spreadsheet of numbers to show.

Heat related anecdote: Had a hardline system I was helping someone with recently. It suddenly starting to alarm that the water temp was too high (approaching 60 C). After making sure the pump was fine (it was brand new), we soon realized the room air temp was too high in that room to transfer heat from the radiator. Once they turned on just a little AC, which they didn't want to do to save some money, it all went to normal. They're a little upset that they need to do that, but it was crazy to finally experience something I only knew as theoretical.

honest opinion and experience i have never had an AIO that that has performed well iv had both Fractal's and Corsairs one was a 240mm and the other was a 360mm aio and neither performed as well as Noctua's Air coolers even the Redux single tower cooler performs better on my 9900k and the NH-D15 i have for my 7900x-3D.

Interested to see a follow up on this after 12 and 18 months, since while these Apaltek units tend to be great at first...from doing repair, I've seen many of these fail before their 2 year mark.

I have an Arctic Freezer III 360, set to intake, with a push pull configuration and i get similar temps in cinebench with my 13700k. When i had my aio set to top exhaust with push, i was throttling. Im starting to think i need to RMA my aio. And im on the most recent bios on my MSI Z790 with Default intel settings. ANd i generally always set my pump to run at 100% all the time no matter the temps. For full transparency my case is a Phanteks Exlipse G500A. So case restrictions really aren't an issue.

So I have a AM 4 system and I was looking for an AIO that had the back plate and the four hold down screws so I did not have to use the stupid clips. So I went with the NZXT kraken 240 and I think I paid $130 for it. Tell the downside to it is you have to use the NZXT software. The overall pretty damn happy with it!

Hey there, thanks for the vid and I have been watching your channel for ages. I lived at somewhere hot and humid and my AIO water temp can get to 50C easily. This got me into thinking, how high the temp could go before it is "unsafe"? Could it burst into pieces when it get near the boiling point? Could you get some creative stress testing with a cheapish AIO like this and a decent one to see if there could be any differences lol Look forward to a good quality reckless video =P

Well, not everyone has issues with 14th gen, have mine now a couple of months and still stable, did the PL limits since day one as I do with all my intel processors since, like 7th gen. And I'm not using a contact frame (yet) running stock thermal paste that came with the h170i. So yea will see how long the 14th gen will stay stable for me coz the r9 5950x was horse shit that's why I moved back to intel. But it's highly unlikely that I'll stay with Intel as there's rumors that hyperthreading will be removed, so will see if AMD is actually going to be better

@@Luckdragon2000 That's just it; The fact he went higher up the stack to a split CCD solution is part of where his problems came in. The 8 using just a single one, with all 3D vcache doesn't see some of the issues that the multi CCD, half vcache half not arrangement for the 9 and 950X3D skus introduces some weirdness, and can honestly perform worse in some cases. Haven't watched the full video yet, but I mean if you're wanting to see how well something can handle a silly amount of heat, intel does seem like the horse to bet on.

This is why i run air coolers. I don't have to worry about pump failures, leaks, or clogs. Worst case scenario, i replace a fan once in a while and it'll clearly stand out when it does start to fail.

I use both air coolers, AIOs and custom loop. Been using AIOs for years now, more than a few different brands/models, and i've only experienced one pump failure. It wasn't even in my own PC, it was in my brother-in-law's PC. He insisted on getting an NZXT M22, which was known for being problematic. Warned him that it was a gamble but he still wanted it. He is currently using my oldest AIO, from 2018 and it still works fine. Air coolers definitely have better longevity and are much simpler, so i get why many people stick with it. Recently bought the Arctic Freezer 36 ARGB, the one with 2 rgb fans, for a $30-ish introduction price and it's absolutely awesome.

After about 12 months my Lian Li Gallahad AIO 360 started having intermittent issues. 18 months in I changed my setup to a AM5 AMD Build, and I had ultra high temps at idle (80C). Back then, it was known that AMD had some issues with heat and motherboard bios really wasn't ready. Got fresh BIOS upgrade, helped a bit, but still sky high. Contacted Lian Li, and they shipped me a new cooler. INSTANTLY down to 40C. I tore into the old cooler and holy h3ll the growth in that cooler was DISGUSTING. TOTALLY clogged the microchannels, BIG chunks in the pump, the radiator had all kinds of growth. GROSS. Thankfully Lian Li rose to the occasion and sent me a new cooler without issue. They also reset the warranty to another 4 years.

I've been running open loops for over 15 years now. I love the look of them and up until now the performance has been outstanding. The thing is that the newest generation of hardware dumps so much heat into the system it's insane. Part of it may be my motherboard just pushing the cpu too much, stupid Asus. Then of course the 7900XTX isn't a low wattage part either. Not to mention that this is the first time that I've seen a waterblock designed for both the flagship card and the next card down from it. The block doesn't connect to all the points that I expected it to. Probably what I get for passing on EK's block.
