handi you just videoed one of my pet peeves lol i hate it when my wife or kids cook rice in my cast iron . cause what they do is cook it take what they want then leave it in my pan and that rice just sucks out any seasoning i have in the pan . nice cast iron pan by the way . yeah dont cook rice or anything with tomato's in your cast iron and leave it in the pan unless you plan to wash and re season it after . ok buddy great seeing you post . take care my friend

@@handicamper101 all good here handi . that little bit you used in that pan wont hurt nothing . best way to season that pan is to use it brother . take a paper towel and wipe it down good with some oil 10 w 30 should be fine . then run it for a few miles get her good and hot . then change the filter and the oil again and she will purr like a kitten to its mother .
