Everyday my prayers are for the qualities and attributes of a virtuous wife, woman, mother and following my husband as he follows Christ! Proverbs 31 is one of my favorite biblical Scripture! My best friend called me a virtuous woman, when he 1st met me on May 15th, 2002! Beautiful message! Continue sharing the "Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ!" Yes, he is beyond a "Boaz, a man of integrity, distinction, a great father too our 3 adult children, they all graduated from college and he's my very best friend besides Jesus Christ, equal yoke, spiritual leader and partner, companion, the man of my dreams!

Great sermon. Couple points. She is making things and engaging in the market. She has servants. Perhaps employees. She is a producer of goods. She doesn't appear to be working for another man, but for her husband and family. She is engaged in international trade as someone who sees problems and creates solutions, then markets them to the world. Her candle never goes out because servants are carrying her ideas and wares to the far ends of the earth. They are working in her name. She is so far from "barefoot and pregnant" lie the enemy of God is peddling in our time, it's rediculous. All in all, she is a housewife, but we have distorted what that term means.

Although it is often applied to women, Proverbs 31 is a poetic description of Jesus' bride: he Church. ... Another point I'd like to consider: There is such a charge upon women concerning this idealistic chapter. This is a very tough and burdensome task, isn't it? But we should NEVER get into this massive list of virtues before paying close and deep attention to the preceding verses: "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy Proverbs 31:8‭-‬9 Speak up for those women under oppression in abusive relationships, for the rights of all who are ill treated. Speak up and judge fairly. Yes! Defend women's rights!

Hello, Something has happened and I’m going to tell you the truth, this world is not as it seems, it’s called a second reality and I can prove it because we are born and then we die and we have no idea what happens to us when we loose our earthly bodies, we only believe and now it’s time to know just what’s going on. Part of what happened in January 2015. I fell asleep on a bed of roses and my Lord woke me and I stood with him (the essence of) and we walk and as we walked there was a great sense of calm and he was on my left & slipped away and I went to look for him and I thought; “where did he go?” I turned forward because of a great presence and at the same time I had a deep dark swirling just above my abdomen that took my breath away and I grasped at it with my right hand. Suddenly, the swirling stopped and I felt it drop and I looked down to see and a veil lifted and a white stone was caught with a left hand and there was a name on this stone, Mary and the name was written upon my forehead. Yes, this happened, it wasn’t my fault, I didn’t mean to, I was only following simple instruction. I wanted to drop down and on my right heard “stand” and I did and then heard “Mother of the Living”. The solution to what ails mankind a child is able to understand and is about choice, a pure simple reason to choose correctly. Those who are full of pride and ego will not be able to hear correctly. Our Lord God is Jesus Christ and his return is for the bride who is the broken soul sleeping within mankind. Let him hear correctly. For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and loose his soul. You are to let go of the creator God of this world who is on the right and called a millstone and you are to turn to the LEFT cortex of your mind and find Lord Jesus who is the LIGHT shining in a dark place and you are to call out to him to awaken you on purpose. Humble yourself ask for forgiveness of sins, you will be forgiven for everyone who asks receives and everyone who seeks finds. The soul cannot walk with the guilt and shame that comes from the flesh. The Ego comes from the flesh and is manifested from the psyche into the mind. This is our Father's plan, to separate the sheep from the goats one must receive Lord Jesus in order to separate the soul from the flesh. You are to be born again through becoming a Christ with Lord Jesus, the mind transforms only through him who is the STRAIGHT way to the FATHER. The Holy Spirit has power from the Christ and is on your right side and you are to hear the word and check it out with the Holy Spirit and you'll start to walk left and right straight, no more circling with the millstone who does a thousand miles a day and goes no where. Do you understand. Jesus is LORD GOD and is our personal saviour by his name all men are saved, that is their mind becomes a Christ with Jesus and the soul (bride) transform within and become ONE with the Father. You do this as a walk and your race is human, you are not an animal, only humans have souls and yours is sleeping. I am not the saviour, there is only one name by which all men are saved, the name is JESUS, you know this is true. Be calm and know that he is Lord God and the God of this world is called creator God because he is the Ego who steals the light from the soul and creates with it and does not know where the light comes from or who his father is. With JESUS you will stand up and walk with purpose of coming into the light, ask to be awaken and self correct along the way while you continue in service in this world. As Christ's we are not martyrs activists robin hoods or supermen, we are Christ's alone and we walk the law of the land in peace and love and we do not harm any not even ourselves. I hope you understand, he's not worried so don't you be, trust him, he loves you, your soul is his body broken for you so that you might be individual and unique as he is and know him as yourself. You need the mind of Christ to transform within. The Ego cannot cross over, the counterfeit spirit works with the ego and the Holy Spirit is with the Christ. I hope you understand.

I may not know all that is written in the bible, I only know that proverbs 31 was written particularly and specifically for me.... it has made marriage and motherhood easier and smooth for me... all I say everyday is ' Thank you Jesus!!! I don't have time binding and casting enemies, I gat the victory already in christ Jesus!!!!! Hallelujah!!!!!

Great sermon! I would like to point out that the pastor is not correct in saying that "the excellent woman" he doesn't know Hebrew well enough because, the scripture says chayil (khayil) which means strength,ability, power, mighty valor i.e. virtuous. The virtuous woman. This could be in other words a woman that possess the qualities/character of being: morally good, righteous, or excellent.

The one thing this passage is clear about is that the Prov 31 woman is not entitled and lazy; she works to help her husband! Noticed that the speaker side stepped that clear understanding and claimed the passage is not about her working or not working! (He didn’t want to offend the lazy and entitled) It’s interesting that such women are willing to climb the corporate ladder and assert their “independence” when they’re single but then aspire to be dependent and “taken care of” as a condition of marriage. No wonder they are still single!

I can’t believe how wrong literally EVERYONE, especially women, have this entire chapter of proverbs 31 First, one of the very first things that is mentioned in the beginning of this passage, is that it is a PROPHECY. And it s a prophecy that Lemual the King of Israel at the time, his mother taught him… [its about rulers and Nations] every single characteristic that is described about “THIS WOMEN” in this passage, Lemual’s mother is telling him to embody these virtues AS A KING. so this is about how Nations who embody these FEMININE characteristic are “LIKE” all these things we find described in this passage. Proverbs 31 29 Many daughters have done virtuously, but you excel them all. …so lemuals mother here is saying many women have done all these things she has described in the passage …. “ but you excel them all” Shes not talking about her male son witch is a king, that is some how better at feminine virtues than women are themselves… she speaking about embodying these virtues as a king/nation and to rule with this as A PART of the whole. And to do this as a king/ruler/Nation is to excel over ANY women doing these things ON HER OWN. So what is the prophecy about….? How nation’s will be VIEWED, who exhibit these kinds of qualities, starting at the top with the King. ( respected and highly valued, sought after) …a Nation achieves this through fighting for it. I.e Valor. 🙏🏻 God bless.

If women did not possess an infinite capacity for disassociation, the effectiveness of her manipulations would be greatly lessened. if a Woman cannot sell herself a false narrative , she cannot manipulate men into holding her in higher regard. if women got what they deserved rather than what they wanted they could not disassociate. With disassociation she can avoid the consequences for this taking her to the same issue as innocent and chastity. Proverbs 31:10 who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that she shall have no need of worldly things. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. This verse is like finding the magical unicorn. She doesn't exist. However when a society follows the cultural advice laid out by ancient wisdom in which the recklessness of women are constrained, women begin to behave with a godly reverence. God created women to be a completer not a competitor.

You lead a great sermon here, but I turned it off when you dogged on "Pastors in the South". Why bring your cultural paradigms behind the pulpit? Unity- so hard to find.

She DELIVERS her girdles to the merchant. No, she DOES NOT STAY in the market place!!! She is HOME BASED-NOT in the “board room.” She’s not a realtor: She considers A field (not “fields”-plural) and plants a vineyard, not for a client. Get back to the Bible to interpret Proverbs 31-KJV version.
